Smoking Chemicals O.o

this year is my first grow and until i started to read up on things more i figured chemicals were bad for my plants maybe making the potentcy go down or something all ive been using is h20 and sunlight does anyone know if using just this and nothing else produces a better yield or if i should buy something stronger?

if using nothing on your plants gave them a better yield why is everyone using nutrients?
You don't have to get chemical fert there are natural nutrients as well...

i just use dirt from the woods that i put into the pots and water should i start using nuts and such when i get into the flowering stage or should i just go with the natural

Yeah your plants need more then just h20. Like ganja said if you dont want to use chemicals you can use organic nutrients. But you should deffently be using some nutrients.

whatever you want, but you will get a better yield with nutes, no doubt.

You should start using nutes before that. You want your plant to be nice and healthy going into flower so it can produce nice buds.
