That's why he fucked you. He knew he'd be far far away.

Personally, I'd probably give up on the money, but not revenge. My goal would be to make it so he had a hard problem sleeping at night for fear of me. If he's still involved in drugs, it's even easier - you can make him afraid of you AND the police.
