DUDE you should totally have the law memorized inside and out regardless if its illeagle or legal.. my advise would be to get ahold of some coffee shops and inquire about the law or go to NORML and start researching it over and over and over and over and know ALLL THE LAWS to make sure you are within the guidelines.. also there is no law that im aware of that requires you to talk to cops.. its ur right to not talk or invite over or converse in any way.. i would tell him to go thru ur lawyer
