So i got the HPS bulb, But now i need a ballast where can i get a cheap one???

yeah i know mann, ill do that when i have the money. for sure. For now i was just gunna get that because itz cheap and i already have a few relatively large florescent lights with fixtures. I know it may be a little half ass but like i said i only have one plant at the moment, and the hps fixture that im gunna buy is only $30. So im just going with something cheap for now until i get enough money for a quality system. Which shouldnt be too long from now. You dont think that the 300watt incandesent PS25 bulb that im using now is hurting the plant do you? Thats part of the reason im in such a hurry to get that hps bulb

incandescants are bad
real bad
never use em
get cfls for the time being
incandescants is probably one of the worst you can use

yeah thats what i just went and did. Now im running two cfl's A florescent light, and a reflector light. just for the time being until i go to lowes

ok i take that back, cuz i just came up with a better idea. Now i have a dual florescent light fixture, 2 cfls, and one more florescent light. Im gunna put a pucture up so you can see.

you should replace that foil with 2 Mil Mylar. For sure.

Because the tin foil creates hot spots that can harm or burn your girls. Not to mention those pesky porkers.
