So tiny

Hi guys, I hope you could help me.
I have this BL4QKFY4N by VIP Seed. The day of traspasing to a pot was december 13th. Full spectrum light and Bio-Bizz tri-pack. 0.7 ~ 1 lt. of water. This is the first with indoor and is rly strange the size of this plant.

Maybe getting used to the new pot and focusing on root growth? Does seem to be a bit small I would want to say top growth should explode in the,next week,or so
