What's my best desired range for coco pH I mean ppm ima drop to under 1000ppm per feeding
ok so I feed once every 4 days depending on the weight of the pot .. I hand feed so am I not feeding enough ?? And if I feed 2 a day both times with nutes at 500 ppm what do I feed 30 ml per plant? Or just keep watering even though medium is moist?1) Coco you should use a pH of 5.5 to 6.0 but more like 5.5 because as the plant feeds the EC (nute strength) drops and pH rises allowing all macro and micros to be taken up.
2) When it comes to nutes/EC,less equals more.Try feeding twice a day using an EC of 1.0 to 1.6 aka 500ppm to 800ppm @ .5 conversion.
y plants are no where close to that distance ... They're about 3-4 ft awayYou can lower your lights, or prop the girls up so the distance is around one ft. A good way to check this, is put your hand between the tops of the plants and the lights, it should be comfortably warm.
this is my 1st grow in sog and i have a 4x6 tray filling in 7X6' pots i veg for about a week max two im using botanicare airation formula coco/verm mix botanicare nutes i veg under 12-5.5-1-5.5 light cycle with mh 600 over about 40 little clones 2-4' each thn i transplant to 6' pots and start in flower room.... i flower with 2 hps one 1000 one 600 1600 so i should get 1600grms right? so....buds start to form at a slow pace at week 2-3 and then cease to grow the leave stay small i checked my ph and after nutes are mixed i get 6.0.-6.3pH ppm about 120x10-180x10ppm i water handfed only when needed till i see water water drip then i stop am i under watering? to small pots? i used 3 gallon ones and the same thing happend.... can anybody shoot me some info
Ok. That medium you are using, aeration mix, requires a lot of water. What pH does the mix recommend, what pH do the nutrients recommend to feed at. Since it's coco possibly you may want to be feeding at 5.9, either that or you want to move up to 6.5 and feed them like soil. Water and Feed each day, it's coco.
