Sog

I'm currently growing my plants in 11Litre square pots and can only fit 25 into my flowering area and really would like to grow more.

In a see of green setup what size pots are the best to use?

Do you think I will yeild more from doing a SOG?

In a SOG setup is fimming a good idea?

Grow bags are better as they are deeper and narrower. Size would depend on your grow style. SOG is the most efficient use of light. Fiming ? probably not a good idea.
