SOMEONE PLEASEE HELP! tall & spindly seedling

never let sit in old bad run off. think of it, why go for run off if we let it all soack back up in the medium. that water from the run of is shity water

Also i started the 20/20/20 solution on the 24th. Is that nute burn im seeing or just heat stress on the leave? Im not sure cause she is a little close to the lights but all the other leaves are fine. It's just that one with the two little spots. & i constantly rotate the plant so im not sure which one it could be.
 
get a close shot of the nodes. where the branches come out of main stem. kinda looking like a male
 
Def looking male. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the branching a indication of sex? With a male the branching seems to be in a V form when females are offset and form a Y. Is this correct?
 
Alright, ill see what i can do on a close up macro shot. I thought there was no way of telling sex though until the first or second week of flower? Everything ive read says you can't tell a plants sex just by bushiness or color or leave formation or any of that cause that all comes down to growing conditions and other factors.

Very discouraged now! :\

Alright, idunno if you're gonna be able to tell much from these pics cause thats about as close as i could get without my cam getting blurry. See what you guy's think and lemme know. I think i may just put it into flower starting tonight (her morning) an see what pops up just to be sure. At the very top set of nodes there is some new growth coming in by the stipuli or whatever but it just looks like new nodes to me. nothing else at any other node sites.
 
Need better pictures. If you switch to 12/12 you will find out fast. Looks like male from the pictures, but the fourth picture is confusing.


Stop rotating your plant your only confusing the heck out of it.
 
well the reason why ive been rotating it is cause its in a unfinished pc grow case so there isn't much room and i have to keep on doing it cause i still havn't gotten the fans to put in it. so it just sits open with the plant in it and a fan on it to help keep the bulbs a bit cooler. If i don't rotate it then i end up with burnt leaves. & im not so sure on the confusing it part... the sun is never in one spot outside so i don't think it would be confusing it much. If anything it would prob do more for it. I don't rotate it every 5 mins, just every couple hours so that would pretty much be the same thing as the sun moving across the sky. As for the age it's close to 5 weeks in veg now.
 
Ok sorry I wasnt sure if there was a reason behind the rotating. At 5 weeks veg i would flower them now. That top is how it is supposed to be done, just a hair lower for looks. =) If your using a 600w hps and you start 12/12 now your gonna have a big plant.
 
Big plant, really? even at it only being about 18 inches high going into flower? i am going to switch the light cycle tonight and leave her under the cfls for the night while i dig out the hps and set it up.
 
Yeah its gonna be big youll see. You should put it in a 2 or 3 gallon pot. but remember the bigger the pot the bigger the plant.
 
Assuming it ends up female, What are you going to feed it during flower? Do you have more beans to use if this one is male? How big is the room your going to flower it in? Pictures?
 
well thats actually another thing i needed to find out. right now in the veg im feeding her 20.20.20 water soluble and i actually only got the one feeding in on it cause i only got the food last week as it took me a bit to find cause we dont have any dedicated garden centers here and i had to wait for it to come in stock. i know i read in some places 10.20.10 is good for flowering but i need to find out for sure. as for my flowering room ill be doing that in another closet i believe and thats about 4 ft x 4 ft. but then im thinking that may be a little small for a 600watt hps so i might even have to just do it in my spare bedroom. which may turn out to be a bit of work. i know i have alot of work to do within the next 6 hours, lol.
 
and yes i have 3 more femd trainwreck seeds and another shitty bagseed if it turns out to be male. just sucks having to start all over again :(
 
Well 4x4 is plenty of room. It just needs good ventilation. You can rig something ghetto up or buy something fancy, either way you have to have good ventilation. exhausting from above is going to reduce temps big time. you can continue to feed it that stuff for the first couple weeks of flower, then you need something with less N. For now just get it into a bigger container, a dark one, and under the HPS 12/12.

You should buy some nutes, medium, and pots. then do 2 or 3 trainwreck seeds. Dont buy anymore for this one till you see sex. If its male it will happen fast, like a day or two.
