SOS what to do?

i accidentally turned the timer off! woke up at 6,30 and turned OFF the lights 3and 1/2 hours after lights should have turned off! 56 days into flowering what do i do? do i turn lights ON on usual time or change it to 12 hrs after i turned them off?
