What about phosphine which was found in the atmosphere of Venus - this gas can be produced only by the organism lived here on the Earth. It is a colorless poisonous gas, and on our planet, it has an exclusively biological origin. Thus, either life processes take place on Venus, or gas on the planet is produced in a different way, unknown to science.

This is the perfect thread for the stoner section.

I dont know if anyone posted them yet, but here is a surface picture of Venus from the Russians of all people.

I wonder why the Russians gave up on Space missions? Or maybe they haven't and we just don't hear about it anymore? We need more space missions, so much stuff to explore, even in our own solar system.

Like going to Titan and finding more extreme polar bears, call them Titan Bears. But they are also highly intelligent and we combine our knowledge to create new human-bear space ships to explore the galaxy

the biggest reason why they haven't been back or anyone for that matter....is the acid rain that comes down, and also the barometric pressure then planet has also. Don't want a 60 million dollar + or - project to melt or get crushed like a can do you?

This was a Soviet space mission, Venera 9 I think? The current Russian space program is just a ghost of the Soviet program-everything good about the Russian program was developed by the Soviets.

Well in my infinite travels of the internet......I came across a article about impact craters on the moon.......

well I've read that we had impacts here on earth.....the most notable is the one in Arizona, in between flagstaff and Wilson...so just for the shit of it I decided to bring up Google earth and see if I can find it......and guess what you can.....

that the list so far.....

one of the most notable is the Chicxulub crater....other wise know as the extinction crater...you can see it using Google earth....

it's a rather cool hunt......so go have a:bigjoint: bongsmilie:eyesmoke: happy hunting
