I just take the top off the jar if its gel. i sat one of the jars in my cabinet and no smells escaped my cabinet at all.
If you need, you can pour some of the gel into a small dish. the more air contact it gets the better it works.

Man I LOVE the ona gel, takes care of the plants and even animal smells. I drilled 4 holes in the top of the jar..no complaints!! Hope everybody got their bellies full and minds blown this Memorial Day!!!

going to add a AC duct line through my ceiling in my closet tomorrow, my highest temps are 86 but it takes 3 huge fans to keep it that low during the day..which is pretty loud. My night temps are around 78. I want them lower and I think this is the way to go...cheap and HOPEFULLY easy. Anybody else ever tried this?

what up guys, here are a few updates on my girl...she is still pretty bad looking but the buds are starting to form everywhere....wonder if it will be worth a damn since she has been through so much? I also have 2 new grows going on, on is 12/12 from seed under 2 100w 2700k, and the other i plan on trying a LST again. It sits under 3 6500K 26w for now..

I'M thinking mine will be ready round the 4th also!! I boiled a half teaspoon of Epson salt and added it to the water, I think I have a mg lockout so I hope this helps! Big L have you started adding molasses yet? I started adding it to every watering and she really seems to like it. The buds are starting to look very good on my girl, just wanna pluck one off and blaze it Haha!!

also...i purchased a 100 watt 27k cfl to replace the top light...and added another light to the lower part of the plant...so now i have a total of 4 lights on the plant...i'll update tomorrow with some pics when she wakes up...hopefully the light change will work for the better...

i have 3 of the 100watt 27k's, you'll like them. I tried to lay alll 3 sideways to the plant since cfls put off the most light on thier sides. I also got another car windshield reflector, they work great! I bought my molassas from walmart (the devil). Bout $2.88 a jar. Make sure its unsulphured molasses. I use about a tablespoon per gallon every watering during flowering. Suppose to make a more dense bud, plus it couldnt hurt the taste and its safe to use every feeding. Iv found the perfect place to put a growbox, Going today to check out some fans. My lil bro owns a car radio installation store so ima get him to build and cover me a box to make it look like a speaker box. Ill put 2 hiddin doors on it and speaker covers will cover the fans on the ouside.

here are a few pics of my new project, sprouted on may27th. Put one in 12/12 under 2 100w 2700k's, and the other has been under a few 6500k's which i will veg for about a month or until its about ft tall. Excited about this time around cause iv learned alot, never over do it! And i added a pic of what im fixing to dive into Attachments
update! Approaching week 7 of flowering....i took some pics of some of the different buds around the tree...lookin and smellin nice...not sure if i should be spraying her down with water+nutes at night...any thoughts on that?> should i just use plain water to spray her down? Or is nutes ok?

I wouldnt spray her down with anything, it leads to more problems then it solves.
