Started to flower...thoughts on defoliating?

I flipped the lights off for the first time last night. Had the plant out while i was changing the nutes and there is a lot of crowding. I have the net pulled up in the pic. I am going to jam the leaves under the net and get the tops above. I am just curious if i should be trimming some of the fan leaves? Or just keep em all as long as the tops are above the fan leaves or no leaves cover the tops. 11-2.1.jpg 11-2.jpg

I don’t take any leaves off of my plants. I let them go as they would in nature.

Leave any leafs that are green on, just leave it a while Longer. Then clean the under side of the table ,So your left with just growth above the table.

I lollipop every grow. Everyone is different. The stuff under the SCROG is just going to be popcorn buds. Keep them for making brownies, but lousy to smoke IMO

I have been following this advice on four out of five plants. All four are younger than the fifth and all have passed it's growth. The four have been on Megacrop with very little defolation, the fifth was started with Canna A&B & I thinned many fan leaves after the net went on. I've went to straight Megacrop and no more thinning! My only concern is keeping things tucked back under the net - finishing first week of 12/12. Sometimes you'll have to push the limits on getting the leaves weaved back down, that's the only time leaves are coming off my plants now!

NO....

Mostly myth......Poorly described and very poorly done by those not understanding just what they are doing....

I have a friend who does...Butchers the damn things, the way I see it..

He gets really dense but, small buds. Increased his yield by weight BUT, decreased his bag appeal!
