Starting a Colorado Marijuana Club

guess it was to good to be true......not that ive started packing my bags yet, but i am all hyped up about being legal.
pot is really the only crime i do. check this out.....i get pain meds from a pain med doc...no problem....get nerve pills from same doc, no probs...get viagra and steroids from my VA doc,no prob....can buy booze and openly drink in public,no prob, carry a gun in my pocket...all legal, but if i get pinched with a doobie...problem.

and if you get your RedCard and decide to grow, you can remove the 'carry a gun in my pocket' piece ..... the Feds (BATF) have put a huge notice out that any guns and drugs do not mix and can/will result in federal charges (even if the State OK's your MMJ). many gun owners in CO have been finding this out the hard way. do not grow and have a gun on premise, especially near cash as it's a sure sign your a 'drug dealer' .....

stoopid laws, but they are tossing them in our face

Well you acted like red cards and rec's were different. With out the red card, legally you have no recommendation.

They are different. A Recommendation is a doctor saying on your behalf to the State that you will benefit from the use
of marijuana in treating to your debilitating medical condition as recognized by the State. A Red Card is the State's way
of letting you know they will believe you and as such will not hold you as a criminal if they catch you with pot.

I know they ARE different. But they do not need to be considered different. Because without your red card. You basically have no recommendation. So when the constitution says "People with a recommendation" They MEAN : Red Card Holders.
