I am not a conspiracy theorist. But here is who they are. When you see an old man alchemist or wizard, and he has a long nose and a beard and maybe stringy grey hair. There are people in the AMORC who say those people in those drawings are their ancestors, and that their tradition goes back as far as ancient Egypt (so possibly as far back as 3000 BC), and that it is a tradition that has been carried down.

Many of them pretend to be Christian, in the sense of believing that Jesus is savior (but they believe it is a metaphor) and even run Christian establishments, and some are in politics, law, etc.

Not a conspiracy theory, just a group that exists.
The Rose Cross is a symbol, and has to do with...well, something pretty awesome, like, awesome awesome.

Oh, hey, did you know that the beaver is Canada's national animal?

I have been on here for a few years now sharing information about Pashupati (Shiva and Pan), Atum, Ra and Mut. And as I have explained, I am a Shaivite Hindu. But now I am starting a Temple.

Starting Temples:

The Temple will not be like a Christian Church, it will be a real Religion.

The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was an organization that was founded in 1887 and started in the UK. The three founders, William Robert Woodman, William Wynn Westcott, and Samuel Liddell MacGregor Mathers, were all Freemasons and Rosicrucians.

The Golden Dawn, by Israel Regardie is still used by people all over the world to learn about Mystery Traditions.

The Church of Light was a church that was established for the Aquarian age, meaning it is a New Age Church. It was established in 1932 and was meant to spread The Religion of the Stars.

Here are their lessonbooks:

The AMORC is what a lot of people might call the Illuminati. They believe that Jesus dying on the cross is a Metaphor and they use the Symbol of a Rose on a Cross. I am not going to say too much about them or else I will sound like a conspiracy theorist. But they are on Facebook and stuff. They even do free online classes and stuff.

DUP is a Sufi sect (Mystic Islam) that uses Sacred Passages from all world religions in order to sing and dance for God. They promote peace between religions and Gnostic type teachings that see Sacred Texts as more of a Metaphysical work.

They also do what is called "Sufi Whirling" which is a dance that is based on the movement of the planets in our solar system.

The practice first started in California but now has practitioners in 28 countries.

Nicholas Roerich is the person who drew the Symbol on the modern American Dollar. He drew the Pyramid with the Eye on top and the American President really looked up to Nicholas Roerich Spiritually, so when the Symbols were being made on the Dollar his symbols were used.

Nicholas Roerich and his wife (maybe other people also) wrote these and they outline what is now called "Agni Yoga" which is the Religion that was left to the world by Nicholas Roerich. A lot of important people in the world considered him to be important, and a lot of historians and scholars and kind of obsessed with him, so this is a kind of important religion that is never talked about.

Agni is the Hindu Fire God.

Did you know your calendar is a Religion?

The Ogdoad can be found as a theme throughout most modern religions and some ancient Religions. An example of this is ancient Egypt. In the picture above you can see that the Sun has been placed in a boat, this is known as the Solar boat and it is thought to be part of the force that moves the Sun and the Moon across the sky. But if you look in the Solar boat you will see more Gods than just the Sun and moon, this is because the Egyptians noticed the Planets in the sky and called them Gods, just like the Sun is a God. This religion can be found in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Sumeria, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome and Modern India/Hinduism.

In Ancient Egypt they were very good at keeping records, and not just in hieroglyphs but in other ways. For example the Egyptians had a 365 day Calendar, they did this by creating a wall to work as a false horizon. Then they would mark the wall every day when the Sun came up, and throughout the year the Sun moves across the Horizon, and at the end of 365 days it ends up back in the same spot and they have 365 marks on the wall.

This is also where the Constellations come from. Aquarius and Taurus and Pisces and Libra and Leo and Scorpio, etc. Aren't random, those are the starts the Sun passes through, and those give us the names of our months.

Then there was Horus who represented the Horizon, but he was the planet Mars. They figured out the Cycle of Mars just like the Sun, and they also had the Moon's Cycles (And Moon Cycles give the lengths of our Months) and the Cycles of various planets. Even the Jewish Nomads knew about some of the Planets, they called Mars 'The Blushing One'. And in Christianity the 7 known planets of the time can be found in the Ancient Greek Christian Gnostic idea of The 7 Heavens which represented the Bodies in the Heavens the Heavenly Bodies or Planets. Some people like to say "They Planets were named after the Gods, the Gods weren't named after the planets" but that would only be true if Greece and Rome discovered the planets independently, but Greece found them first and gave them to Rome. And Egypt and Sumeria actually found them first. The 7 Heavenly bodies can still be found in our days of the week "Sun day" for the Sun, "Mon Day" for the Moon, etc. And the spoked wheel spread with this knowledge, an the spokes and their function are themselves a symbol of this.

A lot of people see statues of Zeus now a days and think that Ancient people thought Zeus threw lightning bolts at them, but before people knew about Gravity and the Atmosphere, they thought the Planets controlled the weather and it was specifically thought that Jupiter (Zeus) controlled the Lightning.

Many plants used to be thought to have a cycle based on the Planets and not the sun, and in the modern 'Old Farmer's Almanac' every year they publish the planetary crop planting cycle. And the history of Machines and Gears actually comes from the measuring of the sky on boats, and people making mechanical navigation devices. So Machines come from this also.

We all have many Gods.

There are definitely Mexican Hindus. And the Om symbol, Yoga, etc are spreading through Mexico the same way they are the US.
I am Salvadoran. My tripping buddy is Mexican. We have boh experienced a lot of Hindu themed trips. A lot of what @Finshaggy has written is something I have seen before having any knowledge of this type of information (which in large reduces crazy weird trips into very oddly repetitive Hindu theology, and other ancient religions.

I have also heard argument that soma was perhaps the amanita plant. Here is a length link which some may find interesting, while others might get distracted...

I have heard that it may be the Amanita also, there is a lot of Mushroom Art in different Ancient Hindu/Vedic Temples.

You may want to start reading about Hindu Gods, it may help develop the experiences. There is the Rig Veda, and various other texts. And there are different plants and stones that are associated with different Gods, Planets & Natural phenomenon, and you can use those to help focus your experiences.

I had started looking into it more and its amazing energy when I tune into it. I'd love to see your temple idea work out! I'd sign up immediately
