I watched most of the speech tonight.
After 15 minutes of monkeying around our great leader emerged kissing all the girls.
The black women seemed more enthused and giggly then the white women.
He basically said "blah, blah, blah, more taxpayers dollars being spent for different projects like new bridges.
That project will no doubt employ immigrants (so they have a chance at becoming middle class citizens) but we will be footing the bill.
I don't see how spending more of our tax dollars is "New Jobs".
Just more big government up everyone's ass.
Then again, Obama has never done anything and never will.
He's just a sock puppet full of cum.

they conflict because different places use different metrics. the u.s. department of education uses different metrics than the annie e. casey foundation.
the consistent thing between all of them is that the deep blue northeast always comes out on top in general, and the dirty south always comes out on bottom in general.
