grasshoppers are evil little basterds try double sided tape on all flat surfaces so when thay land on it they get stuck
thay then have a chioce he he starve to death or rip there own legs off !!!

wow harsh! lol but i would have find a way to keep them off my plants.

but shit they are starting to take off we hitt them with a full shot of 50-1-1 ferts
and transplanted the seedlings into the holes all around. i'll try to take pics in the next few days

you gotta spray for those fuckers,just make sure (if u do decide to use chemical controls) you use NON-SYSTEMIC sprays like pyrethrin or permethrin they break down to nothing under white light in 30 days

I'm not having bug problems...yet, but I was down wal mart the other day looking at what they have in case I do and I saw they have 2 or 3 different kinds of spray for like $5. You'll have to read the back of the bottle, but I'm pretty sure the one contains pyrethrin like meangreen was talking about. I think it might be the rose formula. Not sure if it will work with grasshoppers though. Other than that, good luck!

okay so its been a wile, but i got like 20 new pics.

everything is looking awsome!!! esspecially my favoate, white widow. itsalot bigger than all the other plants and already has some branches growing off

its been like 40 days of life for all the bigger plants\\
and like 10-15 days for all the seedlings.
and the automatic is about 20 days old.

im a little sketched out cuz i got like 20 plants growing in my back yard. but they aren't very big right now so im sure it will get worse. lol

and when i step back into the little fenced off area it kinda smells like pot already.

oo shit man. lol. everythign comin along nicely now! u should check out my outdoor grow.. my like 4 1/2 ft tall Mystery Plant i got from Nirvana was gettin too big to keep indoors.. and so i was gonna kill it.. but my mom lemme put it outside. =) soo its now part of my outdoor grow! =D gotta go check on the WW i planted outside a few days back.. just been hesitant about goin back cuz I HATE all the fuckin bugs out there. lol. but its been really really hott the last 2 days. sooo i know i gotta go down and water them soon. gonna wait till my sis gets back from school soo i'll have the camera to take pics.

im glad to see ur plants are doing good tho. =) hows the grasshopper problem?? =/

so the acagold in pic 2 and the pineapple in pic 17 where killed! by eaither cutworms or grasshoppers, eating them right around the bottom of the main stem.!!! fucking bummer!!

so new im down to 1 pineapple chunk and 3 acapulco golds

until the other seedlings get a little bigger im gonna start covering them up with a plastic cup at night.

besides that everything is growing really damn good, and getting taller! the tallest is maybe about afoot

and that white widow is bushy, i think i may need to try and clone it.

and while im cloning it ill clone that pineapple and the trainwreck when they get older.. sound like a good idea guys?

wow they are looking good, some seem to be going kinda slow but they should pick up. But how are you not paranoid growing that many plants in your backyard? i am paranoid by growing like 4 plants in a swamp behind my house that no one walks through, but i still get paranoid as hell, your a brave man

but then i think, why would they look for marijuana in a small ass town like mine, pop like 15,000

there is almost no crime out here, and i just dont thinkk that cops are really looking. and i just keep my mouth shut (besides riu). and dont let anyone in my backyard lol

Wow sounds just like my town, and our pop. is just a little under 15,000. But i still get really paranoid that my neighbors might see me walking into a swamp, and wonder why i walk into the swamp once or twice a week, and check it out/call the police. I don't have many neighbors, and my plants are like 100yrds away from the closest house, but i still get really paranoid that someone might find out. I know i shouldn't really worry seeing as the last time ive seen someone back in there was like 5yrs ago, but I'm still afraid.

lol. i got 1 plant in my backyard and im paranoid... hahaha. but mines like 4 ft tall.. adn yeaa theres lots and lots of crime in my city sadly.. about 6 months ago they busted into sum big ass grow house that had over 200-250 plants growing.. everyroom had plants in it.. adn the beasement as well.. it was crazy walkin by the house.. not knowing there was that much weed in there.. cuz i used to walk by there all the time..

and yea theres altota shooting and stabbings arounf here too. =/ not the nicest city.. lol. but at the same time.. makes me a lil less paranoid... cuz i figure cops r gonna be more worried about the shootings/stabbings that happen every other week.. rather than sum1 growin 1 plant in his backyard ya kno?

yea that is a good way to think, but ever 5 years or so there is a major bust around here, i remember like 2 or 3 ago i saw a pickup cop car with a ton of pot plants right in front of me, haha it was so cool i just rolled down my windows and enjoyed the skunky smell.

yeah i have a little anxiety whenever i think about it, and specially now that me and my dad are gonna try to start cloning a few of our fav plants. i just hope everything works out nicely

alright bad news i had an acapulco gold passs away and also a pineapple chunk pass away. lol but that was a few weeks ago lol.
we transplanted shwag from the big pot into their holes so now our garden is still filled.

also the automatic has gotten alot bigger and started flowering pretty good, it looks like its gonna have like 16 bud sites on it.

ill get some pics up really soon everything is nice and green and looks great but dang its gonna be hard to cover this up... pretty soon we need some camo to put over the plants

glad to hear they're still alive. =) yeaamine is doin ok.. it got bigger.. and has a big ass stem.. i had one leaf get eaten by fuckin bugs tho!!! >=( but yeaa soo far its 1 WW and 1 Mystery seed growin in the woods... honestly i have 3 bagseeds by a river.. bu ti havent checked them.. there was too many mosquitoes.. and i dont wanna go bak to check them.. hahaha. maybe 1 day
