Still having an issue

Need some help inpointing this issue. I think it may be ca. Medium is soil Roots Organics Original, using Botanicare veg and bloom very lightly, was using a ro tap water mix to 150-200ppm PHd to 6.0-6.5. I think it is ca and the water due it the issue crossing over from different strains and growth stages. 1st- re-pot.
2nd - don't use bloom and grow together
3rd - unless you have seriously fucked well water, RO causes more harm than good because it removes ALL minerals, most which are necessary for plant growth
4th- no where near enough food. 1200 PPM at 40 day's is my norm (2 week plants 600-700 PPM)
5th- after you repot into nice potting soil (3 gallon pots), add a little Calmag+ to your increased nute solution (go up by 200 PPM each watering until you reach 1200, and then stay there untill finish), and all will be good, but start tomorrow, or it will get worse.

Im in 5g pots in flower, no need to repot. My seedlings and clones have been in soil solo cups for a little over a week and wilo bet moved into 1g pots soon. Imo 1200ppm in soil is pretty high. My tap water is pretty bad 450-500ppm at the tap and mixing ro with tap to 150-200ppm is nit working out for me. I normally feed heavier veg and bloom nutes but took a less is more appoarch this time, not working too well i guess. I have started bumping up the bloom nutes. I have always felt the feeding on the bottle was a max and nirmally mex out of 50-60% of what is recommended. I had a serious relearning curve this time. Ok so ca issue, thanks thats what i was thinking. I just picked up Botanicare cal mag to use and dumped the rest if the GO calmag+.

My mistake about the nute strength. I was thinking hydro numbers, more like 750 for soil
