Stormy Daniels threatened with physical harm !!!!

There is so much complete conjecture going on in this it's ridiculous. Here's what we know:
  • She had some sort of affair with Donald Trump. (Otherwise, why would he have admitted to the NDA?)
  • Daniels signed the NDA along with a legal representative and took the money, meaning she had a legally binding contract with the attorney.
  • Daniels broke the NDA and has been running her mouth non-stop.
She has been given some very, very bad legal advice and will in all likelihood be forced into bankruptcy and be forced to pay far more money than she will ever have to Trump in damages for breaking the NDA.

Worst case scenario for Trump: his present trophy wife has him over a barrel if she decides to file for divorce.

Worse case for the attorney: he's cited for illegal campaign contributions, receives a fine (probably around $2,500) and is banned from taking part in any political functions for life.

Worst case for Daniels: she'll be so broke for the rest of her life she wont be able to pay attention.

And that's about it, folks. It doesn't matter that Trump didn't sign the NDA. The attorney did and she took the money. That in and of itself is a legally binding contract by and between the two of them. She should have kept her big mouth shut.

Actually, it's 100% correct. You'll see in the coming months. All of this will become back page news in about 6 weeks. Then the court battles will begin and they will go on for over a year at least. In the end, exactly what I said will happen is all that will happen.

Wrong, Trump never signed the nda.

*sigh*

He doesn't have to. It's not a legal requirement. I know you're not very bright, so let me dumb it down for you:

You know how Trump sues a lot of people, right? He's never set foot in a courtroom in any of them. You know why? He doens't have to. His attorney has the power to represent him.

It doesn't matter that Trump never signed the contract. His legal representative did and Daniels did as well and she took the money. That is a legally binding contract between her and the attorney who represented Trump's interest.

She's done. That's it. It's over.

Why do you think the other women suing to disclose are keeping their mouths shut? Because they know as anybody with a brain does that they have a contract. Daniels and her attorney are stupid and time will prove that when she goes into bankruptcy and winds up owing Trump the rest of her life.

And she will. There is no way around that.

Her retort should have been, "I let Donald fuck me, you realy think you can do any worse to me?"
That would have been funny as hell.

In the end, she was looking for more money and didn't get it, and she let some jack-ass half witted lawyer talk her into doing all of this and it's going to ruin her financially. He'll get popular over it though and in the end he'll lose nothing. He'll gain notoriety.

And Daniels will wind up paying for all of it. Forever.

I disagree, Trump's name wasn't even on the contract he used an alias and denied the whole thing to begin with. Trump threatens to sue lots of folks, boo hoo.

Bahhaaabhaa, yeah right, stormy has Putin status. Trump is refusing to talk smack about her, she must have something solid on him.

An affair. Big deal. Again, about the only thing that can ever do to him is cause him problems in divorce court. Other than that, he's got nothing to worry about. Why would he comment on something that isn't an issue for him?

What threats? That he would sue? Nothing illegal about that. He warned her, she ignored the warning, now he's suing.

LOL

Another "only reads the headlines" right wing nut gets the gist of their own post wrong.

What the lawyer (not Daniels) said in article you linked to in your post:

“I think we would consider it, I would converse with my client. It would depend on the terms of a settlement,” Daniels’ lawyer replied. “But at this point, I don’t see how the case gets resolved short of the truth coming out.”

I think you are missing some of the statements Ms Daniels made in her interview.

She's only one of many who tell the same story. Many people who have publicly clashed with Trump report being visited by a stranger who offers to do them injury or threatens death. Daniels case, it was a man who came up to her in the parking lot of an athletic center after she had worked out. This was to let her know they were watching her and he said at the time: "That's a beautiful child you have. It would be a shame if something happened to her mother."

Megyn Kelly said the same happened to her and her staff when she had a disagreement with Trump.

I'm surprised you don't know that Trump has done this many times in the past. Somebody is going to get killed by one of his thugs and I'm guessing that right wingers will celebrate it.
