Stunted?

Did you back off a little on the distance? I made the mistake of having them too close too soon with my very first grow... and even my current I did it some too. I had the 23W CFLs about 2 inches and saw very little growth on my seedlings...I raised them to ~3-3.5 inches four days ago and they are going through a spurt right now.

No focus, I didn't raise the lights, but I'm literally gonna go do that right now! I'll let u kno how it turns out & take some more pictures tomorrow. Also, all of the plants are definately growing at this point.

Well I decided to fix up my grow box today. I ripped out all of the aluminum foil and painted the inside flat white. My plants still act stunted, and I really think that it might have been the heat from the foil and what-not. I'm throwing in a thermometer once the paint dries to figure it out. Mon I'm gonna get one of those 3 way testers for moisture, ph, and light output. This should help I'll update in a couple days.
