I had the exact same problem with my first grow, I didn't get the cab until my Juicy Fruit was over 18" tall (plus another 12" for the pot) and the Bush Master didn't help at all. The thing grew to the top of the cab, so I used weights to get them to stay down. I'm thinking of seeing if I can just move the shelf to the top of the cab instead of drilling holes in the top. It should be easy to move the spacers underneath them up a few notches. My last grow also got too tall, so I had to remove the cloning shelf, drill 2 more holes in the top of the cabinet so I could hang the light from the ceiling to let the plants finish off, I vegged them too long before flowering and they shot right up, Those sativas eh, lol. That gained me a couple of feet. The shelf come in and out easliy enough as not bolted in or anything.
What's the average yield of your grow that you guys get with your cab?
