It's week 2 and 1/2 should I super crop them or not? I have 18 inches between the top bud and the lights. I can also still raise the lights only a few inches tho.

They stretched alot . I did keep them as even as I could for now by LST. I will definitely do some more Lst. I will also be getting a net to help support them would that help?

How much did they stretch? I don't think I would supercrop those, do some lst to even it up. Then figure out how to support those buds..
There is also a ton of new growth. It has a ton of white hairs today also idk if that means it's going to slow down on growing or what. I had it in veg for probably 4 to 4 and a half months bc I didn't have good enough lights

Let it roll ! Keep doing what your doing …. If you super crop now it will put that energy into healing and put her behind …
I defoliated a bit the last 2 days only took few leaves off 2 days ago, then yesterday I took about a quarter of the leaves off that were on the bottom of every branch, getting no light. will that affect her at all?

Both. Primarily for support but you can keep the tops separated a bit and improve the air flow with a trellis.
Okay yeah my middle is wide open pretty much I see the light going all the way to the bottom of the stem I didn't defoliate the top. Idk if it's just the strain that makes it grow like this or not. But it's cool, my first grow. I'll get a trellis and kind of pin the stems to it so they lean to it.
