nice grow dude, i agree, dont listen to what they are saying. I have a lst have grow under just 6 T-12 2' and some other CFL side lighting and i have about 25 tops growing nice buds right now, check my thread in my profile, i am adding the budding pics soon

that sounds interesting
i m gonna make a veg room so i think im gonna add some t5's for less energy consumption
but keep my hps in the flowering room

yea i use t12's for my clones, they work good for veg

i dont think they can compete with a mh honestly
man my shit is zooming up quick and they are fat
im not sure if its cuz of hydro or what
but i havnt seen any t5 stuff to compare
it is cheaper to run though
i can see my self running 2 hids right now
not until i become rich
or get a big ass room to grow like 60 plants
you know?

Ok so I finally finished cutting everything down and hang drying them. Now they are in jars curring....final weight 42grams! Not bad for the 2nd plant of my first grow!!

Like I said it ended up being 42grams after I had hung dry it....here are the final photos! HOPE THIS HELPS THE T-5 CAUSE!!

Just in case if anyone was wondering that weight is MINUS the stems...all the buds were removed from their stems prior to weight in

I have to say, it was a little disappointing to see the switch to HPS at the end. I am considering a T5 grow and would have really like to seen flowering results.

i find t5's are good, but hps is always better for bigger fatter better buds.
did you get the 2oz from,1 plant?.

To be honest I am not sure it skewd the results in weight at all. The buds just got alot more crystals under the hps the last week ore so.

Under, I got about 42grams dry weight

so using "Flo's" would be alright for vegetation and flowering

I like T5's for vegging also and the electric bill is less but do not believe the bs about no heat! One 4 foot 8 light fixure puts out almost as much as a 400 HID!
