Just thought I’d share my solution after seeing how these companies are charging for something that should be included.

I'd be worried about bending the bars doing this. Knowing myself I'd probably over crank it and ruin my tent lolJust thought I’d share my solution after seeing how these companies are charging for something that should be included.
It kinda beats the purpose of running a carbon filter were you need negative pressure to properly control smell.why not have it on a positive pressure and blow air into the tent to blow it up. have filter on one of the outlets. i drag in cooler air on a 4x4 tent from another room in my basement. no need for 02 as im bringing in fresh cooler air. fan is controlled by a19. walls of tent are puffed out giving more room. my setup works well for me.
There's nothing wrong with intake screens or filters, in fact they're essential for most situations, just make sure they're sufficiently sized, otherwise that 8inch exhaust fan might aswell be a 6inch onePeople like intake screens or filters, not moronic.
I found a very fine meshed "fruit bag" that has cords, I just shoved a 200mm vent hose into the intake hole on both sides and put a mesh bag over it from the outside. It's full of dust after a while, but never inflates so I think it works well and doesn't interfere with airflow. There's nothing wrong with intake screens or filters, in fact they're essential for most situations, just make sure they're sufficiently sized, otherwise that 8inch exhaust fan might aswell be a 6inch one
