When matured each plant would have produced about $1,000.00 worth of Marijuana. Also recovered was growing material and tools.
These grows were fairly sophisticated considering their location and the attention they were given.

thanks gogrow. i've tried googling this info and to no avail as of yet. there's info out there, but it's not very specific to my area. i'm hoping to get some info from a "friend of a friend who is a state cop here. if i get any info, i will post it.

national guard would never do such a thing lmao. unless its a local national guard helping your local PD which in the case would be a "state of emergency" type of thing. i live in pennsylvania and yes they have local PD helicopters that check wooded areas for marijuana. they have a radar and they wouldnt necessarily check peoples backyard. for one. they need a warrant to "Search" your premises or they need logical reasoning and than get a warrant to search your property. they cant check your property by air ground or water unless its public property. if its your own house than you should be fine. dont worry about farfetched conclusions like that.

As far as the imaging goes, I know they used to use it, but it only works out in the woods, they look for the heat from the chemical fertz. But its no good in the suburbs because everyone uses some type of fertz. Not only that they are not allowed to low fly homes, the FAA sets altitude guidelines to keep people safe. But I can't help feeling the same way you do, and science they have started to flower, shit sometimes I really don't even want to visit my plants.

Police helicopters use IR when doing flyovers. Marijuana sends back a particular IR response, that is similar to pine trees, which sticks out when they do sweeps over forests.
As far as I've found, it has little to do with viewing ferts in plants, and more so in looking for marijuana's fairly unique IR response.
I would think they would keep these kind of flyovers over more rural parts, excluding suburbs and peoples backyards.

Id be more worried about somone smellin em or some punks stealin em, i think that helicopter shit is BS. they might see it if you got a feild but if there well concealed like you said then you should be alright. Just be safe about it. Ive seen people with plants in there back yards and never had a problem
