I would recommend checking out the PF Tek. It's old school, but it's an easy intro to mycology.

I've seen friends play around with kits in the past... rarely with much success.

While PF Tek is not the highest yielding method, it is a great way to learn the basics of mycology.

You dont need a pressure cooker, steam for 90 mins is more than enough to pastuerize(sic).I'm running a batch of Hawaiian Penis Envy right now, I usually stick to Brasillian and Golden Teacher but one of my old Friend's said these were the strongest Cubensis He has ever had.I use Brown Rice Flower.There are some great vid's on youtube .Just one word of advice, make as many jar's as you can and you will have plenty to share or sell.14 Grams of the Brazil Shrooms is like rolling on tab's...I am severely high right now so cut me some slack on the spelling.

3 br/2 bath house
3000 watts
4 inline fans
dehumidifer
window unit, soon to be mini split.
prollly another 400 watts of leds going in veg room

bill was 401.00 this month. used 3835 kwh i really watch what i leave on and turn on and really try to keep it as low as possible .

if i did math right the 3000 watts=3kwh per hr... so 12 hrs on...36kwh x 30=1080kwh..

my dads in dallas is 1400 a month and he does not have an operation lol.. a pool, guest house, big arbor , hotub, and his wastefull with power..

I don't know if you have but kill the water heater whenever you aren't using it, I do it every night and sometimes all weekend. That thing will eat you up in consumption.

Damn look at what i started. Well I will be doing a few jars tomorrow. If all goes well I am just not sure what to do with all the mushrooms. I like them dont get me wrong. I have 4 different strains that I have 4 jars of LC that I did yesterday. I will use that for bulk. The jars that I will do tomorrow will just be cakes so i can get something a little quicker. WBS is currently soaking now.

Downtown were? Really your first one? How fast were you going vs posted speed? I wish I could say that. I have had plenty. Not so much anymore. But when I was younger yeah all the freaking time.

I just posted this in my Introduce Yourself forum. I thought it was something someone from Texas would be able to respond to.


  • I have a friend dying of Cancer. She is now laying in a hospice at Death's door. We live in one of the 17 States that do not allow Medicinal marijuana. The only option they give a person in this condition in our State is to die with heavy doses of Morphine. This is really a shame. We live in the most technologically advanced country in the World and this is how someone is supposed to die? If it was Horse they would shoot it and call it humane. How can we say it's humane to let someone die sedated on opiates. When she wakes up between medications She is not able think and barely recognizes anyone. She also has terrible side effects from the prolonged use of the drug. They are violent fighting and yelling reactions that put everyone around her through a living Hell. There are experimental medications the pill companies are developing made from marijuana but it's too late for her. It just seems to me there ought to be a better way to die. A more humane way. I worry how I will die now and what they will force me to endure.:finger:​
