I didnt even know this was Legal for the state to do. No I dont pay taxes on my bud. I wouldnt have the balls to walk into the tax office and tell them, Hi im here to pay taxes on my illegal substances! There is always an officer standing guard in those buildings. Im sure they would say something.

Haha old news man, almost every state has drug tax stamps, not all but liek 3/4 of the states. It's just a way for them to bust you harder. Cause when you get popped, you don't only get hit with manufacturing and possession, you get a big felony tax evasion charge as well that carries a way bigger sentence actually because they'll say that you had like $250,000.00 worth of product that you didn't pay the taxes on. That's all it's there for.

Check out Norml.com and look top left under state laws. There's a tsx stamp link for every state that has one.

quick question. this is my first hydro attempt and i just used a couple bag seeds. one looks awful, some insect got ahold of it and ravaged the poor thing, but one is doing fine. Just started flowering the day before yesterday. Looks great from the top, but on the inside, real twiggy. just wanted one damn female. let me know what yall think

They don't sell them. You have to apply for them and list your address on the application. Then they just raid your house and when they find your shit they add up all your weight and then charge you with tax evasion at the rate of, well let's see...looking at the stamp it seems that it's $3.50/gram tax rate in TX so just multiply your total weight in grams by 3.5 and there's your tax evasion amount I guess. And that's added to your manufacturing and possession charges as well I'm sure.

So I wouldn't be trying to get any if it were me.

hey fellow texan growers! Im pretty new to this whole forum thing and have only posted about 2 posts and tried to create a thread w no luck. Im in the san antonio area n have been reading on this forum for a little while now and am really interested in trying to build a moderate sized cabinet stealth grow but really cant find any kind of blueprints or anything on how to build one. There are a few criteria that I need for it to have but Im just more interested in trying to get it started bcuz Im SICK and TIRED of these dumbass unreliable dope dealers and I just want something big enough for personal use and a few select friends that feel the same way about the dro in this town. If anyone could please gimme a shout out on here and maybe some advice or tips i would really appreciate it. Again srry im really new to this so I dnt have any past history on this site or any kind. Thanks in advance and hope to be hearing from my fellow Texans soon! Happy Growing

weather stripping
2 45gal sterilite/rubbermaid tubs
2 clip on fans
2700k CFL's (cheapo GV works)
mate white spray paint
spray handle (can't remember where i got it but works great)
thermometer

dollar store:
pots
pack of hooks
chain

frys/ectronics store:
4 120mm fans
small zip ties
othercrap (watch you'll notice some things)

home depot:
4 socket vanity ficture
4 y-splitters
6500k CFL's (8 total)
box of screws

around you:
old PSU
sharp utility knife
imagination mated with basic knowledge of how things work
(marijuana makes you forget things... wtf)

but this box does have its flaws. i would suggest you do a google search of 'stealth cabinet grow' and check out how they got theirs set up. I kinda want to try one of those next time.

Well that just fucking sucks! I would really like to have some, I think it would show a good impression if you ever did get caught. $3.5 x 200% Is only $7 a gram extra thats a total of $10.50 a gram. Thats still pretty steep, at 100 grams thats $1,050. I have normally got that or more hanging around after a harvest. Plus its a third degree felony!! Thats probly gonna be worse than the weed charge you are facing. I would definitely pay my taxes if I knew I wouldnt get arrested. They should make it an anonymous thing from like a vending machine outside the tax office. I already pay taxes on everything else I buy, why not something I really like having. Stupid greedy government fuckers!! :evil:

How is it greed if they WONT take your money. And I dont suppose they would have a camera on that vending machine you want either.
