Thai Haze X Skunk ~ CFL ~ Semi Stealth W/Pics

So I have 3 confirmed fems..... The best part of it is that of the 5 clones I took ( 1 from each plant ) only 3 survived but they are all fems also! I included some pics of the clones, as I mentioned earlier my technique is not perfected but they made it through.

I removed 2 plants from the area to give the ladies more room. Im not sure if the 2 I took out are guys or gals but I dont really care anymore...lol

1 clone will be a mother and the other 2 will be put into flower as soon as I can accommodate them.

Here are some new pics, one of the plants has really dry, cupping leaves (not sure why yet) and another has some yellowing leaves (again Im not sure why)

They had one shot of flowering nutes, a dry day then just PH'd water. My next feed will be tomorrow unless someone convinces me to hold back on the nutes for 1 more watering....lol

The 2 plants on the floor are the one I kicked out.....

Just a quick update.

I have a couple leaves that are yellowing, I think it may be an N def but there are also leaves that are clawing and are dry and stiff suggesting (from what I have read) that they have too much nutes.... I dont know..lol

I grabbed some molasses so on the next water I will give them a shot of it. My last watering was just PH'd water instead of a feed because of the clawing leaves. I didn't want to risk burning them.

Here are some new pics.
I like the LST it has given me nice little shrubs.

lookin good man! I have yellow leaves too. Some say its just natural during flower and some tell me its a lockout of magnesium and calcium. let me know if you figure it out. I usually pull a couple fan leaves off a day now.

Ring'n, it looks like too much nutes. You've got burned tips on some of the leaves, and some clawing like you said. Ive had this happen on some sativas on my last grow, so I backed off the nutes and they started doing better.

Thanks Dave & Johnny.

I gave them a good flush today and held off on the nutes. Im using shultz soil so it has been tough to
figure out any feeding regiment at all. Some say give nutes and others say hold off so the conflicting messages
makes it more difficult...lol

I haven't killed them yet so its not so bad. I have definitely learned a bunch, and I think the most important lesson
I have gotten is No More Shultz Soil!

I just hope this N overdose doesn't hold back flowering too much.

Im going to make a soil mix of:

Peatmoss
Sheep Manure Compost
Regular Potting Soil (No Nutes)
Perlite

And do a transplant into 5 gallon pails. They are currently in 1.5 gallon pots.
I probably should have had them in larger planters earlier but I thought they were
doing ok in the 1.5's.... Now Im not sure, they are pretty big and bushy..lol

Maybe that will help with the N overdose also, but with just straight ph'd water for the last
3 watering's they do seem to be doing better. The new growth is looking good with the exception of a twisted leaf
here and there.

The clones will go into the 1.5's for a while.

Will post pics when Im done.
Here are a few pre transplant pics for now.

looks good man. looks like youre gonna have several nice colas. :)

I did my transplant a few days ago and wow have they ever taken off since.

I made the new soil mix I wanted to.
Here is what I did:

4 parts soil
2 parts peatmoss
2 parts perlite
2 parts sheep manure compost

I still have not started any bloom nutes, but I did give 12 gallons of R/O PH'd water
between the 3 plants.

they sure seem to appreciate the new medium.

I added a small light below the canopy as a supplement, but do to the lack of time and a hydro shop, it was the best I could do at the time.

I might go to a city this weekend and find a 400w MH/HPS to finish them off.

I kicked my 3 clones outside but I haven't made it out to my spot to check on them in the last 3 days. I did start some LST on them to keep them short and fat.

Here are some updated pics.

What's up man. Just a guess. Your leaves that look a little skinny and what not look like somethin dif than nute burn. Looks like heat stress to me. I have one plant that just loves to get up by my light and chill. After a few days my leaves look like yours and it's time to raise the light. To me it looks more like that light is to close,I know you have smaller light but that is what it looks like. My old lady looked over while I was checkin your pics out and said it looks dry. Same effect I get with my light. You have any silica? I use Pro Tekt 0-0-3,might want to get some of whatever kind of silica you can if not and see if that helps. Also a little epson salt helps as well. Don't know, just throwin it out there. Good luck homey. Peace.

You could be right Godfrey, they were horribly underwatered for a few days a couple of weeks ago, right before, and during the clawing.
I put them in what I believe to be a better medium, more water retention, and 5 gal pots. I just finished watering with RO, PH'd water w/molasses
so I will see how it turns out.

There has not been any folliar feeding at all in the last couple weeks either so that may also play a part.

Ello Ello Ello :) Hows it going Ring`n sorry havent been on much lately bro have had things to sort of or better yet correct lol, grow looks great man getting nice and bushy now. how you feed sched going have you upped the feed yet to full flowerin nutes.

Have also updated the cheese thread of mine.

Peace bro
