I was able to scrounge up some cups I picked up last comp. I transplanted clones into larger pots. So then had extra cups. I got those from the Mexican dollar Store.

Sprout date of just 1 Mt si today 9/2. So if I only have 1 sprouted by 4th is that the only contender? Or are the others still in. If they sprout within the next few days?

I know I know. I sign up every time and never even get started. My room is about to flip tonight...so I guess I should get germing just in time.
No offense to the cup...but if I am popping a gg4 cross, I'm vegging it out and taking cuts, not 12/12 from seed.
Alpha blue will still be my choice.

I ran 2x GG#4 S1 last comp. They did well, just smoked the last of them a few weeks ago, gave them the benefit of a good cure.

I currently have a GG#4 S1 in flower outside as well.

I've a couple more seeds too... The one that was a keeper was the one I didn't clone, FML. That one was a Gorilla Fuck x GG#4, smelled and tastes so good, it was unreal.

Hi guys, time for my latest update :mrgreen:

Well...THEY'RE STILL ALIVE!!
And i'm still procrastinating about whether the extra stretchy ones can carry their weight. As you can see, the blueberry cheesecake is having help to stand, just a cautionary measure while i was away at the weekend.
All in all quite content with my little 5, rad mix of shapes and sizes if nothing else :lol:

Up against the ropes, thinking I was out for the count with no seeds breaking ground, Cherry-AK #1 threw a haymaker and busted through. Will get my first official update this evening. Watch yo'selves

Soooooooo SoCalRob what is the exact time we have left? Till 11:59PM 9/4 right? I still have some lighting work to do.

One of the 2 mystery seeds popped and I threw it in a cup. Let's see what happens.

Yes they are Surexi F3s OHD. Wish they were F1s, could use the pure blue instead of the CW.

A bit off topic, but it potentially involves my contestants.
Here's a question that I'd appreciate input on. I have a total of 7 Seedsman Afghani #1 regs chugging along. (3 are in the comp).
Attached pics of 2 from my regular veg closet (under T5s).

I'm actually hoping for 1 or 2 males to gather some pollen and embark upon my first breeding experiment. I've done a good bit of reading and have plenty of time to do more. I have a separate grow space for up to 3 males.
I will be pollinating a branch or 2 of the strongest Afghani fem that's not in the comp. Next, I'm wondering if I should try pollinating a branch of any of these other ladies that are on the right timeline. I've grown Fruit Punch, Liberty Haze and Marionberry before, so I'm familiar with them. I'm leaning toward Liberty Haze. My pheno is Sativa leaning and a bit leggy.

  • Critical Sensi Star (Critical Mass x Sensi Star) 90% Indica
  • Fruit Punch (Skunk x Haze x NL) mostly Sativa
  • Marion Berry Kush (Rasberry Kush x Space Queen) Sativa 40% x Indica 60%
  • Cherry Bomb (Big Bomb x Undisclosed) mostly Indica
  • Liberty Haze (G13 x Chem Dawg 91) Indica/Sativa mix my pheno is more Sativa leaning

It's the holiday weekend that's got me all effed up and I'm just wondering if I have another 24 hours plus or do I have to stay around and solder some 730nms and have some post in by midnight EST? I'm assuming I got at least one horse in the race. It's lights on in a few but I don't think she'll be standing by then. Could be though. SDxSourOG and Goji both grow like a muthatrucka so maybe.

The gigabud broke the soil sometime today so 3 are kicking it, the critical hog wasnt looking like she was gonna make it.
