the attitude and credit cards

I paid for guaranteed international track and trace----ATTITUDE sent me an email and said seeds would be reshipped after 21 days if I did not rec pck---a lot of you out there are probably saying to yourself---that's a fair deal--well the fact is----if they resend pck and I get it after a week or two that will mean it took 2 months to get my seeds from attitude seed bank. I should have ordered from another seed bank or flew to Canada.

they've got no control over what USPS does with your mail. track and trace just tells you where it is.

Hey guys, just to let you know, the first time I ordered seeds from A'dam, they got here in 16 weeks.

That's like almost 3 months, Man.

dude i dont know why your bitching? your ordering illegal seeds from another country, so if they get intercepted then thats the way it is, you wanna play the game these are the risks your going to have take, at least if they do get intercepted at customs they are not coming to fuck with you, get a letter and thats it, pretty good deal if you ask me. you could be going to jail. i ordered from attitude and got the cheapest shipping, and they was here in 9 business days, so i think they are actually a pretty dam good company. on the other hand i havent really read all the post so maybe they really did mess your order up, if so that sucks man. anyway the point is your going to get this anywhere you go, it just sucks it happened to you.

Could you PM me with some info? I've follwed this thread for a bit and really wanna know the outcome.

Some of what you said is very correct and true---you do take a risk--but the funny thing is: there is a really great chance(oh about---95%) that the seeds you got from attitude in 9 business days---you said "pretty dam good company"---what if I told you those seeds you were growing from them were bagseed?????????????????? you prob say I was lying----------------------------nope!!!!! What if one of the seed breeders they list told you????????? and that's only the beginning of the problems with them!!!!-----what I'm trying to do is save the people I like(RIU members) from throwing their cash away--that's it------I would have rather had customs grab the whole pck then to find out what ATTITUDE was all about.----Shit man-someone tried to warn me befor I even sent the order to them----I told that person that attitude had a great rep and I was going to be taking care of---I was wrong...

Dr Von, I've been keeping up with ur lil fiasco with Attitude, man I definetly feel for you, specially when you have spent good money. I ordered with them and got mine in 7 days to the southern states and I believe I ordered the same as you w/ the Guaranteed shipping and they delivered baby, oh Yeah, they delivered. I'm completely satisfied with their service. I would say try riding w/ them again, but I know it's hard to do that, but would suggest trying them again in the future probably and just go w/ another bank. Sorry

I just got an email from them basically apologizing for all the bullshit-I called them out on all there dirty tricks---they said my situation was an isolated incident and that they are going to reship my correct order and allow me to pick 2 extra strains of my choice---just so everyone knows---they gave me a false tracking number and shipping date---they didn't ship till a week after that---after they gave me a correct shipping number--they informed me they were out of three of my 4 strains so they substituted one strain and sent out half of my order and that I had a credit(I was on the phone with them three time---they never informed me of the changes)---as you all have known from the post--the beans have never arrived----I called them and asked why they didn't post OUT OF STOCK on the web site so people would really know what they had---there reply was that the seeds I ordered at the time were out of stock but in stock now so no need to post on web----at that point I had a credit card and ask them to send the seeds that they now had and I would just pay for them----the guy acted all weird and said he was on another call-said he would call right back----no call but got an email from another attitude rep saying that the seeds were OUT OF STOCK world wide and as soon as they came in they would send me an email so I could reorder---What they have been doing is falsifying there stock so that people will send them orders--then substituting seeds of less value/not sending seeds/lying about stock---a BREEDER told me that they are very close to pulling there seed line due to the problems with attitude. When I called them on it they denied the whole thing but said they were working to have an updated live inventory site.-----I understand that mistakes happen but when they are deliberate it's a whole different ballgame---I am going to send them my pics as they requested and follow up with a call to verify tracking---we will see if there going to do what they said----mayby out of all of this some good will come--I would like to be able to post some positive info...

trully sorry to hear about that bullshit man. i really wish they would not have done that to you because the two times i ordered from them, they got to my place in 8 days. i would like to think that they are a good reputable company, but i hope the rest of your dealings with the attitude will be much better. best of luck to you.

So ive followed your posts, DR, and from my understanding, you are upset that they shipped the seeds, then it turns out they never shipped to you they just lied and gave you a false tracking #.
So you talked to a breeder and this breeder told you that they sell bag seed and claim its high quality strains?
Thats some very harsh accusations.
I think if they have been doing that we would have heard about this long before now.

no what he was saying is their substituting the strains you order for different strains if there out of stock. like when i ordered my afghan mafias they never told me it was out of stock but when i received them i didnt have em. i got 5 extra purple powers.

which if you do the math on any of there strains that come in 5 packs(lets say 35 for 5 then 19.99 for 5 extra). so say i bought a 35 dollar strain and a 56 dollar strain, they send out the 35 dollar strain with 10 instead of 5 to " make up" on the loss. their not shorting you but they are at the same time.

kinda pissed about it. i spent 215 bucks wanted 8 different strains and ended up with 7. but thats basically what hes saying. not sending you bag seed just 5 extra seeds at a higher costing price then if you where to buy the 10 pack.

Dr. Von keep this up to date with your order bro..glad they did the right thing an took care of the customer and not just their wallet.

shits so shady once the package is mailed out and they short you, you cant do shit... once its opened you own it... now thats wack. they need to come up with a anti tamper seal on the seed containers them selves which will void the product once opened not just the package that your going to open in excitement and find out you got shorted.

That's just a small part of the the problem but to answer your question--I rec an email from usps(I put a request in for my tracking number)---they told me pck never arrived in NEW YORK---It was inbound(scheduled to arrive) the first track# attitude gave me was false-------breeder stated --that " certain seed strain was out of stock-was in process of shipping fresh batch to attitude----customer ordered few packs of out -of-stock seeds---then rec from attitude seeds(hard to rec seeds of certain strain when even the breeder is still packing them for shipment) breeder also has other concerns------Not hard accusations----just facts.---this is only the tip of the iceberg---I would hate to find out all the dirty tricks they are pulling...

I'm done--------going to order from the doc or hemp-depot----I gave ATTITUDE a shot and in my books they failed----I even gave them a second chance to rectify the situation-----they failed------I cant waste anymore time with companies like that...

Ever think that the fact you are from humbolDt might have tipped them a little. I was born and raised there myself... You know what kind of rep us locals have..... I ordered 8 strains from them, got immediate confirmation and they let me know that one choice was out of stock.... I'm not shipping to HC though

ha ha ..when attitude sent me my tracking # they sent me 2 e-mails , the first was some other order, I had the dudes name, add. and everything! the second was mine.
