*To address, I made an order the other day and i used there Debit card payment method. And i check my url and all, made sure it was https:// the ssl, but ya it checked out and i typed in my info. I was told that i would have to sign up for the Verified For Visa and was asked to put in more personal info, etc. The site was linked over and when it refreshed it had missing info and logos etc. This is of course so they can take your info and charge the hell out of it.
No, The Attitude is not attempting a phishing scam" neither is the company that charges your card.

The Verified By Visa is now to prevent unauthorized use of credit cards so the company that charges your card was telling you that you need to sign up for this, however when you refreshed the page that can explain the issue with the website because sometimes when you refresh a website like that weird things can happen to it.

I ordered my seeds Dec. 11 and still have not received them (given I am not currently at the placed they shipped to, but the status still does not say delivered).

Does anyone think I should be getting worried?

I ordered mine around the same time and got them the middle of last week in New England....
I give the attitude two big thumbs up!

I ordered Fri nite (Jan 2), got the confirmation e-mail two seconds after ordering, received the 'processing' e-mail today, Sun, Jan 4.

Unfortunately, I will have to chime in on this with negative impact. I know many on here have had successful transactions with attitude. I, myself, have had several... however, as of late, the transactions are not smooth, at all. I know the holidays have a huge impact on shipment times, but my last transaction 2 months ago was a disaster. I had placed the order and finished it up via ProtX, received confirmation email for the order, but never received follow-up. I sent several emails, all of which were unanswered. Several days later, I call and speak with a gentleman who advises the order didn't go through, but I let him know my card was charged. After some searching, he did see the transaction and advised products would be shipped shortly.

Received that order 16 days after order placed, although germ rates were less than 50%. I was disappointed, but I wrote that transaction off seeing all the positive stories on here. Approximately 13 days ago, placed another order and this time, transaction was apparently completed successfully and received follow-up email with tracking #. Thirteen days have passed and no merchandise. Tracking shows still held up at the ISC. Sent several emails, friendly ones at that, and no follow-up from attitude. I don't know what to think at this point. Seems that there are people still getting good results on here, but I am also finding more unpleasant outcomes as I search other forums.

I don't think I will order from them again, as they have not shown any willingness to support their customers concerns. It seems like they are either getting too big and cocky to take care of their customers, or something else is adrift in their operation.

I read where RollItUp admin has received many negative emails for this seedbank. I think it is time to move on to another now. What are your thoughts on this?

Just be careful with this one guys, I have had a few emails about this seedbank in a negative impact. I personally have sent several emails to this company with no reply whatsoever. The company is new and therefore you should be careful.

1. It is not The Attitude's fault for seeds that do not germinate, they ARE NOT a breeder.
2. It is not The Attitude's fault for the shipping delay at ISC once it leaves there hands it is the post office's duty to make sure it arrives at your doorstep.

Also do not blame The Attitude either for the credit card not going through, they are not a credit card processor.

You know while writting the post I wrote I has a feeling someone would say that.

And no I do not but it is a matter of common sense we have all these people complaining about The Attitude when it isn't even there fault.

But you CAN put direct BLAME on attitude for not following up with email. AND, when you order your merchandise via the more expensive "guaranteed" method of shipment, how does attitude "guarantee" their delivery if they won't respond to your emails about not receiving tracked shipment? If you paid extra for a guarantee, you should get "guaranteed" support - 100%. And I wrote my post to let people know that, so far, the only guaranteed thing about my transactions with attitude are: No email follow-up from them.

And P.S. by your clear objections to what ANYONE says negative about the attitude seedbank, it does appear you may have some affiliation of sorts with this company:!:

Also, if the "stealth" shipment isn't stealth anymore, it will raise flags with customs to investigate. More and more people are reporting issues with attitude. If this is the case, don't you think others should be informed so they can make more sound decisions on where to go next for their purchase? I mean, a forum is an outlet where people may voice their opinions and share insight, correct?

Well when you say there stealth is shit what kind of shipping are you getting? If you are getting regular then do not complain about stealth.

You pay for what you get.

Alright them not following up with the email that is there fault, and there is no way I am affilated with them, I am in the states and have been on RIU before The Attitude even had a reputation.
With there guaranteed shipping they are guaranteed when you buy that type of shipping also when it is guaranteed it means that they promise you have it so if it takes 21 days to get it it was still guaranteed you got it.

k just following up my post about my order on Dec 11.

Seems my roommate just told me I got the package! Woooo, chalk one up for a successful ship, although delayed (most likely due to the time of season).
