Good flick. You should enjoy, although a lot of the humor might be lost to younger people (cultural context, Nam vets, and that sort of thing).

I just watched the tail end of Death and the Maiden last night. Heavy flick.

You had to throw in the carpet, didn't you? :lol: We have it on DVD, I'm thinking I should break that shit out and watch it. It's one of Dave's favorite movies. I think I'm also gonna torrent Death and the Maiden, and I'm enjoying the piece by Schubert at this very moment.

I was one of the few that actually went to the theater when it came out.

Choke comes out this Friday, I read the book a couple years ago, Chuck Palaniuk(fight Club) I've been waiting for the movie all summer :bigjoint:

I'm sure there's previews on youtube.

funny you should mention that i just watched that trailer today... cant fucking wait chuck palaniuk is one of my fav. writer for sure

think they will make survivor into a movie too?
 
Survivor was opted for a movie deal back in 2003, it never got picked up.

The only Palaniuk book I haven't yet read is Lullaby, I have it, just haven't got around to reading it.

Bookworm, what did you think of the movie?
 
never got around to seeing it. the group got split up into groups of people who only had each other's numbers, so I chilled in one of the dorms with a couple people.
