I believe GDP x Cherry pie.

It some seriously potent smoke, very Indica heavy pain relieving night time high.

Gramps next door loves it, whenever I get some from the dispensery by our house I bring him a few buds.

He is in excruciating pain ever since he had a hip replacement surgery about 10 years ago that went horribly wrong when his doctor cracked his femur bone on his right leg, a few days later while in a rehabilitation center he heard a huge crack, his femur bone split all the way down.

He has had surgeries to try to correct it and miraculously he can still walk, but every day he lives in extreme pain.

His current doctor has prescribed him more drugs than any other patient he has ever seen, so when gramps tells me that stuff really helps relieve his pain and makes it easier to fall asleep, it makes me very excited to let him know that I have a clone of that strain that we can put in his backyard and he can puff on all year round whenever he pleases :)

dude, thats a horrendous story....way to take charge, and get him the meds he needs.....respect!

Owner of the hydro store in my town said there was a private auction in the bay area and a clone of the real deal GSC went for like 12gs or something crazy like that. I'm excited to see your turnout.

We'll see.....

Nice. I picked some GSC flowers up at a club here in Oregon. Very high quality and difficult to come by. You should be happy running it :-)

Thats ridiculous, I dont know why anyone would pay any where near that for a clone, I mean what sort of proof is there that its actually the strain they say it is.

Yes it is pretty hard to get a hold of out here because of how fast it sells once they get it in. Love it! an very happy to be running it. We'll see if its the real deal or just some asshole's trying to make some $$$ off a name.

I got a good feeling about it becuase the dispensery I got it from always has the hands down best flowers in San Jose, and its run by the guys that owns Kens Grandaddy Purple Seeds

Heres some Jack herer from them thats on the first page of this thread, just an example, this is the 40 (like 43 or something after tax) an 8th, their 50 stuff is amazing.

They also won Best Sativa at the High Time Cannabis Cup for their Bay 11, second (only to Vortex) best sativa hybrid I've ever smoked

Ahhhh i miss when they had the Bay 11 5 grams for 40 deal!

Did a search on a google an found lots of information, a lot of people think cherry pie or cherry kush is a part of it, but I found this really good article that says otherwise from Berkeley Patients Care

OG Kush x Granddaddy Purple x Durban Poison (we confirmed with the provider that while the cross did not include Cherry Pie, it was made with the same parent plants, GDP and Durban Poison.

Lab Testing Results: 17.0% THC, 0.5% CBD, 0.1% CBN

Medicinal Uses: Pain, Muscle spasms, Nausea, Appetite, MS, AIDS, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Glaucoma, Migraines, Gastrointestinal Issues, Cancer, Epilepsy, Arthritis, Alcoholism, Anorexia.

PCC Report:
Like just about every other industry, Cannabis is no different in falling prey to fads and what is ‘trendy’. In the past, we have seen crazes over a variety of strains: from OG Kush, to Haze, to just about anything with the color purple. Most of the time it’s simply the appearance of something newto the cannabis scene: an effect that is more pronounced, a smell or taste that has never before been explored, or a look that seems to not belong on cannabis at all. The very complexity of cannabis in and of itself makes for such vast and pronounced differences that it only makes sense that some strains would resonate with people more than others. It seems obvious then, when someone decided to breed not only OG Kush and Granddaddy Purple but Durban Poison as well, the result would be a bud almost universally loved: Girl Scout Cookies or G.S.C.

The appearance of Girl Scout Cookies is somewhat unremarkable. That is not to say it lacks beauty, but the combination of colors is nothing new to the cannabis world. Shades of light green give way to dark veins of purple, covered by an amber sheen of resin heads. However, one thing that stands out immediately about G.S.C. is it’s incredible density: small tight bud structure, akin to its progenitor OG Kush. Overall, Girl Scout Cookies appearance makes for what can be a disappointing optical illusion when comparing grams and eighths.

In general, I have found strains with similar bud density to have a less pronounced smell. With G.S.C. this is not the case. Although not reaching down your nose like Cherry AK, G.S.C. has its own distinct fragrance: deep chocolate notes, with more pungent overtones of fresh soil and mint. These hints of smell intensify as you break down cannabis, making it difficult to fully appreciate until it has been ground up.
Because of G.S.C.’ density, it is difficult to judge how much herb you will need for an appropriate size joint- in my experience, a little bit goes a long way. As expected, the scent of G.S.C. is enhanced after it is broken down, expressing even stronger character from it’s OG Kush side. Dried and cured to the standards I expect, the roll goes without incident and I am ready to medicate in minutes. Like the smell, the G.S.C. taste starts out with a strong OG Kush influence, leaving you licking your lips and trying to place just what it tastes like. As you get further into the joint however, the flavor gets sweeter and richer: elements of cocoa and undertones of Granddaddy Purple battle for your attention.
While there is a veritable bouquet in your mouth, the actual effect of GSC is most noteworthy: starting with an intense mental stimulation right between your temples, it gradually makes its way to the far reaches of your body, relaxing muscles and easing tensions as it goes. The onset of this effect is almost immediate, starting within the first couple drags of a joint. Its continued effect is energizing as well as physically therapeutic, beneficial for ailments such as pain or appetite stimulation. Truly one of the more versatile strains available, GSC is an easy one to recommend to just about everyone.

Thanks bro, sounds like it was maybe a good thing, gonna put a nice LD50 female or possibly Timewreck in its spot.

Gramps called his Probation department again yesterday trying to get a meeting with his permanent P.O. but those douchebags will probably ignore his message like they have been for the last few months.

Once he meets with her and hears her say that he can plant his six then we can bring the plants back over, hopefully they call back soon....

For now the plants are hanging out in my back yard which is fine with me.

Their spirits haven't been dampened one bit.

LD50 #7, very nice even canopy, stong but flexible just how I like em ;)

Timewreck 5 gallon smart pot Roots Organic soil. Top dressed her today with 1 gallon of Super Soil

Romulan clone (5 gallon smartie Roots soil) two days ago,

And Today.

Shes starting to get her feet under her finally, cant wait to see her take off!

LD50 (very bubba dominant leaves) in the ground, being pulled down extensively.

Timewreck plant in the ground, both this and the previous plant are being eaten by caterpillers, going to spray some Safer's Caterpiller Killer tonigh and hopefully kill these bastards.

Heres the Grape Stomper OG

Another LD50

On the lookout

Had the day off today so got some things done and cleaned up the garden area.

First off, I went down to my hydro store to get some stuff to make a batch of super soil, and I picked up some new soil that was on sale for like 8 bucks a bag.

Its by Vermicrop Organics and its called Vermifire.

I was originally going to make a batch of super soil using Roots Organic but I've decided to make this batch extra hot since i'm only gonna be using it for top dressing throughout the year.

Instead of 8 bags of Roots i'm gonna do 4 Roots and 4 Vermifire, also adding a 5 lb package of Rainbow Grow, the rating is 5-5-2 and it has Mycorrhizae and Humic Acids.

I want this batch to be extremely hot so I can add just a little to the topsoil when they need that extra juice.

I transplanted 4 plants from 5 gallon smarties to 20 gallons into a mixture of 1 part Roots Organic 1 part Vermifire.

These plants, Querkle x Agent Orange, Grape Stomper OG, Purp, and LD50 #7 are waiting to go in the ground next door once we get confirmation from Gramps P.O. that he can have medical marijuana.

If not we'll finish them here, my girls dad who owns the house told me two days ago that we could finish them here if it goes bad next door.

The Timewreck plant is so fucking awesome with how many tops it has.

And under her top is nice and clean just the way it should be :)

Gonna do a little side by side comparison with 2 Girl Scout Cookie clones, one is Roots Organic, the other in half Roots half Vermifire.

Querkle x Agent Orange is doing great, you can see that under the 4 plants in 20 gallon smarties I put a layer of plastic so the roots don't go through the pot into the ground.

And heres LD50 #9 4 days ago

Then today

Pre-98 Bubba, still not sure if I'm going to keep this, its showing some weird growth patterns and the stems are pretty weak compared to all the other plants. Looks real nice though.

The only smartie with super soil in it is the 25 gallon smartie that the Timewreck is in, about 60/40 supersoil/roots organic, no signs of burn whatsoever.

Its also the smallest smartie i'm going to finish in,gonna leave it in one spot eventually so the roots can go through into the ground below.

The 4 in 20 gallon smarties are eventually going in the ground when we get the word that we can, and right now the mixture their in is half Roots Organic half Vermifire.

Dont have much super soil left and I want to save it for the 10 Pre-98 Bubba x Querkle seedlings when i transfer them to 5 gallon smarties.

I plan on running some 45's and a 60 gallon smarties to finish in that I have laying around from last year, and the rest will go in the ground.

fucking awesome....you are going to shit when you see this bitch take off!

I know I can't wait!

She's looking great this morning.

The Querkle x Agent Orange is shifting to the next gear, she's wants to go in the ground so bad but we still haven't heard back from gramp's P.O.

And here's the girl getting the most attention... Timewreck
