I am a fan of multiple smaller-medium sized panels over 1 large unit...

Personally, the 600 is too big for me, and is larger than anything I would ever need, I am only using 190w total at the moment.

Also, the 600 will only be around till maybe the end of the year as well as the entire A51 series, they are getting replaced with a new series around the 1st of the year, of course using the same LEDs/spectrum/ratio, but with new, more efficient 550mA drivers, new quieter fans, new 73° lenses, and new cases.

2013 will be a fun year for LEDs :mrgreen:

Well WTF Still Cant Post Pics.Atleast Yall Know What Im Planning Pic To Follow .Whats Up My Led Hommies Dawg House Productions Wants To Welcome Yall The Dawg House Winter Wonderland Grow.First Up Is Penny She A DinaFem Blue Widow.Her Seedling Was Started Under 46 Watts Of 5000k Cfls For Her First 17 Days.Now In Her Second Week Of Veg I Turned On My Led At 95 Watts And Im Currently Running It At 25 Inches From The Top Of My WaterFarm.I Plan On Vegging Her Under My Led For 3 Weeks Then I Will Flower Her Under My 400 Watt Cmh. She Will Be A Only Child I Had To Pull The Plug On My Matreo Blue.Her First Week Of Nute My Ppms Started Out At 395 And Finished Up At 367.Now In Her Second Week Of Veg I Bumped My Nute Up To 581 Ppm.After 24 Hours My Current Ppm Is 567 pH 5.69 Res Temp 73 Tent Temp 79 Rh 54%.Im Running My Dutch Masters Nute Program Which Consist Of A&B Grow Plus My EWC Tea And In Flower I Will Use A&B Grow Plus Add27 Flower And My Ewc Tea.I Also Will Be Using 2 Foliar Sprays In Veg I Will Spray Dutch Masters Liquid Light With Satuator And In Flower I Will Spray Humbolts County Own Ultra SnowStorm.Peace

Huh. Just tried to post 2 pics of my mini-christmas tree grown and finishing under ~ 80 w led, but no go. Weird, the pics only show after Submit

I have 2 tents going

1. 8 bulb HOT5 using aquarium bulbs (432w) , but during late flower reduced to 216w

2. ~ 80w led (ufo 90 @ ~ 8:1 R:B + several low watt led screw bulbs on a vanity fixture that are positioned where the ufo stops penetrating. I think you will be very surprised when you see them

these pics are from last Friday. Weather was too warm to pack on the calyxes/trics, but this whole week it has been ~ 60*s at night and she has fattened up considerably

If you check out Astir Grow LED Project thread you will see low watt leds doing amazing flowering

Dawg, blue widow is a nice smoke, I think you'll enjoy it. But just out of curiosity, why are you giving Penny the cmh treatment instead of led? Also, how does your experience with leds compare to cmh? Looking forward to the pics!

Whats Up Puff.Thank You For The Report On My Blue Widow.My Penny Is Going To Make You Holla For A Dollar.Brother I Bought This Hood And Tent For My Birthday And Im Going To Run It 1 Time.Plus My New Leds Wont be Here Till After The 1st Of The Year.In My Other Tent Im Doing A Compeletly New Set-Up.Im Builiding A 6 Site Bubbleponics Unit To Run Autos.I Will Use 500 Watts Of Pure Led Power So Brother Psuagro Better Get Some Sunglasses.This Was My First Run With Leds And My Sally Was A Beautiful Plant But She Didnt Performe In Flower Like She Should Have.I Know Genetics Played A Major Roll In This Hell Just look At MaryAnn Shes Under 175 Watts Of Led And I Do Belive Shes Going To Out Produce Sally :-)

Very beautiful looking buds! Many smaller buds instead of a couple larger ones, and extremely well formed calyx's... So swollen! :D A++!!

Wow Dawg, she looks amazing!!!! Great work bro! Have a question for you. I'm using a Black Star 240w in the recommended 2x3 ft space. Do u think this enough light for three plants in that area?? Thank and keep up the good work!
