The everclear should work fine for you to wash bags in I would think frenchy. It should be stronger then the 91% in the first place. I've made oil with just everclear before and got a nice product.

I did some nice oil for cancer patient as well with Everclear, it is the cost to tell the truth that make me use ISO for cleaning my bags and tools

I make a medicinal cannabis oil with everclear also. I don't smoke the oil, but it's extremely powerful in edible form. The guy at the liquor store probably thinks I have a serious drinking problem as I buy a half gallon to a gallon of everclear a month lol. I've never tried a qwiso extraction as most of my oil is for cancer patients whom prefer a food grade solvent. I'm thinking of making a still type setup to reclaim some of the ethanol and cut down on the costs hopefully.

I only use everclear. It is high buck...expensive. The key is to recover the everclear for reuse. I believe there are devices readily available now, seen em on Youtube, that can do this for you. Yes, eating everclear oil is very effective. I don't like to smoke it however, I'd rather make bubblebag hash for that. Congrats Frenchy! You seem to have one of he most popular forums in Subcools section and seem to be able to attract a large following.

We spend our weekend in OR with TC, we had a really nice meet and greet and Sat and we went to see Happy Daddy on Sunday. For those who do not know Jake works take the time to visit happy Daddy site.
Jake is as old school as it comes, he forge and work titanium on an anvil. really tripy to watch and TC got it all for you. Jake made me a big spoon pretty practical to collect loose trichomes in the bag or when dry and should work nicely for dry sieve. He made the most amazing tool for TC and you will be able to enjoy every steps.

Here you can see my spoon, titanium "plyer" to deal with hot nails of any size, the key ring is an assortment of available tools, the last three are double headed and medium sized. Sorry I do not have the longer tools to show.
The top right tool next to the spoon handle is made to clean glass bowl, it is impossible to scratch the glass with this tool.
We are now getting ready for the High Times Cup in LA. Aficionado is entering most certainly the only outdoors, Cherry Limeade who just won 3rd place at the Emerald Cup. I will have plenty samples of Aficionado genetics to burn, from the 2009 HP13 VSOP to the first Chem Dawg Special Reserve made.

thanks to you dear Frenchy.

I will press tomorrow evening... I'm not on a rush, it already looks good and dry but one more day will not hurt the process.

another universe when I look back to my last manual bag extraction. speaking about amount and ease of use.
3 passes with exact same quality is just an honor from the plants themselves.
NO need to worry, the 4th pass directly told me it was the last one by its greenish aspect.

I hope the pressing will be as smooth.

to be continued

You should definitely not smoke oil made with ISO, I do not cook with my oil either. It is basically "Simpson oil" to ingest as is, I also wash it all in Everclear as a last step and to tell the truth I am thinking to work only with Everclear in the future
Frenchy, I got several types of result from my "oil" after scraping I had some fine whiteish/yellow powder then some very sticky stuff looking like lower quality traditional hash, and a couple of very glassy /oily pieces. I'm leery of even ingesting it as it looks nothing like the small amount of Simpson oil a patient I know had. Hers looked like soy sauce. I have another bit drying which I filtered through a screen to remove any gunk but in the absence of really sterile conditions I think I'll stick to water as my only solvent.
It's a drag to waste medicine but I'm glad you mentioned not to smoke or cook with it. I guess I'll give it to Baba Ku

Very nice Frenchy I remember seeing this on the weed nerd. It sucks for me as the only events I can go to are Hempfest and now Denver with the others I wouldn't be able to get in to see you guys in the medical area but I really want/need to sit down with you and talk hash.
How are you storing those pieces of hash for so long
