Very nice grow HoLE, Reading your thread gave me some new idea's for my CFL Grow. How much was that inline fan? I tried to construct one but failed. Ill be keeping my eye on your Journal for refrences!

I'm in Canada,,that fan is a very nice fan,,it's made by Carrier,,a big name in cooling and heating out here,,it's a Totaline 495 cfm 6 inch in-line,,I got it from a buddy who does heat and air,,and payed 210 for it,,I coulda went with the one my hydro dude sells,,but it's a no-name,,for 175,,and only pushed half the cfm's,,this is supposed to be ultra-quiet as well,,again,,welcome Murderin,,and thxs for poppin in man,,good luck with your grow

well,,,what the hps is that,,hahahaha,,it's a pyrex Bake a Round,,10 bucks on e-bay,,2 - 4 inch plumbers fittings,,and some commercial grade weatherstripping,,not the cheap foam stuff,,,this is rigid sponge,,for full air-tightness,,oh,,and a 430 watt son agro bulb,,construction is happening,,I'm buzzed and in the mood,,back in a bit,,all comments welcome

I am a DIY dude,,especially when I'm high,,and I am,,here is my hunny HF holding up my completed cool -tube,,there will be chain or something between the ceiling hooks and the S-hooks,,I just don't have anything for now,,but if I find something temporary,,I will use it for effect,,now to get it hanging,,,,all comments welcome

ok hole up just a minute...you can buy the socket the bulb screws into?
ballast...??? i am stoned but this cool...
lol,,nice use of HoLE B-Spit,,you prolly can just buy the socket somewhere,,but this was my first HPS 430 watt light that I took apart,,to make this tube,,I have the ballast and cords,,gimme a bit and it will be hooked up and finished,,,

thxs B-Spit and Murderin,,ok,,I will get the chain tomorrow,,I have the flex tubing to attach to the elbow and upper adapter,,still have to wire the fan and light,,but I have what I need for that,,had enough for tonight,,so I'll be back at it tomorrow,,time to get higher

I dunno,,I don't have a tester,,but a buddy came by on 3 occasions with one,,and tested water straight from my tap,,it was 7.5 and 8,,then I filter it through a Brita jug,,couldn't tell ya about current ph in MG,,cuz I transplanted to Pro-Mix,,when she was burnt to hell from the MG a few thread pages back,,thxs for stoppin in MicroGro,,sorry I couldn't be more informative on that

Hole you've actually been very helpful in your answer. Sorry I haven't waded through the entire post yet but burned sprouts is the exact problem I'm having with MG right now transplantin looks like the only option. I was hopin it was just the ph, oh well.
Your cool tube is freakin nice, diy insperation right there. Lookin forward to seein that bush produce for ya.

I grew Big Bud in a better version of MG,,this time all anyone had was MG Potting Soil,,the Jamaican plant did not like it from day one,,I had just transplanted it,,and had to re-transplant it a few days later into some proper Pro-Mix,,immediately it stopped frying and started growing green again,,thxs again for the word-up on the tube and bush
