The genetic wellness of michigan, how can we improve it?

what makes you think you guys have more quality growers? the structure here is how it will be just about everywhere, its the only way the man can keep his eye on it and dip into the industrys pockets like it wants to...and due to that many growers from around the world have come here to grow, we might have started out with a few quality growers, but many of the Best came here, and taught the likes of me....

have not smoked meltdown, but have had Banner #3, it was actually the prefered cut at one of the shops near by... the CO genetics scene is crazy, I Grow 50, 20 or more being in house or elite genetics
This is MI the land of the fucked weather. if you can garden/farm here you can do it anywhere in the world. michigan is 80% rural. places like flint detroit saginaw and lansing all give michigan a city name but we got more farm/orchards then most places. our soil here blows too for the most part so you really gotta bring your A game. between more pests then i could list and Droughts and deluges and early/late frosts this state is a very weird environment to take care of plants and a lot of people do it great. I don't know how many MSU master gardeners are out there but my parents are both one. i know a lot of other people who have taken the course as well. idk its just kinda what we do up here.

when i heard about the MJ scene coming on i thought for sure we would keep up with cali if not surpass them. but that hasn't been the case at all really. theres plenty of gardeners here that are world class that no one will ever know their name. thats another problem with MI. people have been doing this for 40+ years before this Medical speed bump and a lot of people have gone even deeper into hiding lol.

I think eventually their is enough talent here in MI that if we can get good genetics and maybe some looser laws we will see a lot of these old timer MSU master gardeners and koi pond people and basically all the people that have the compassion and ability to truly READ and TAKE CARE of a living being that can't speak to them come out of the wood work and grow some serious MJ.

that might be it too tho. MJ really isn't like anything else. if you know how to grow other plants you have a headstart on how to grow MJ but you don't know it all yet. vice versa tho i think if you are good at dealing with the finicky MJ plant carrots are gonna be a walk in the park.

Colo mighta just shown up no training so to speak and just killed it learning on their feet. you know what i mean?

wtf? who cares about outdoor weed? miss me with that shit man..... well we got the best farmers from Ill, OH, TX... ETC who all came here.. so we got that coverd also..

yea lots of colorado street strains have dissapeared, its obvious some people dropped out the scene rather than get involved.. so we got that also, we have Boulder CO, Nederlands basically where all the hippies settled outside of SF..

lol you don't know your history, know what I mean? or the complextion of the industry out here.. colorado has had killer weed for a long time, its not a fluke that it became legal here, its part of the rocky mountian lifestyle...

Rocky Mt High baby... no beef just have to address off base things when I See them..

one of his new gems

I used to think these guys were a joke. i used to hate them and laugh and make jokes but then i started looking at it from a more mature view point. he found a niche that was empty. who does he compete with? NOBODY. well now twiztid but they were on his label for 15 years.

J found a hole in the music community put his writing talent and classical music knowledge to work. like i said in 2010 he brought home 30 million. not bad for a big ole fat sun of a bitch from the hood. like the hood hood.

you don't get what i mean by the weather, im not trying to down talk colorado at all. the weather here is insane and the people do GREAT. give that same person a controlled indoor environment and he's gonna do a lot better.

colorado is a beef state. the agriculture thats always takin place there is for milk and beef mostly. like 75% mostly.

the US in general has always used the herb in the background its not really any one state. Colo MIGHT have a slight advantage due to there LARGE mexican population. but thats all outdoors once again.

There is no reason what so ever colorado should have such a better MJ scene then we have here in MI.

Whatever the reason being I'm trying to make MI's more like Colorado's one bean at a time!

see if your think miracles bad your on the bandwagon. listen to that song without the video and listen to what he's actually saying. its a message we all should listen to a lot more often then we do.

even the juggalos hate miracles for the most part.

il stand behind miracles as someone who just started listening them not that long ago and can see it from the outside. its a beautiful song about appreciating beauty. Having just witnessed the birth of my daughter "theres enough miracles to blow your brains" lol.

Its a great song. its corny as fuck yes. but the message is still amazing. these guys came from nothing like for real. east side GHETTO. you ever been to del ray? i highly doubt it i know I've only drove through to see how bad it was.

these guys came from this to be MULTI millionaires. WORKING there ass off the whole way. Thats a miracle.

i get what you r saying and to some extent i agree. hell, i've even read violent j's book but i still think they r a couple of tools. interesting to a certain extent yes. talented superstars hell no. i used to like them when i was younger i think mostly for the shock factor and it was different. now, i've grown up. to each his own though

see under the shock factor is a cold calculated business man. if you've read his book you know. I've read a bit of it and its pretty cool but i got a feeling its more of his magic. he's a study of real deal magic. not like black magic but manipulation. thats magic. making people do as you wish. being in control. his book just seemed like part of the spell ya know?

their "personas" are definitely a couple of tools but look at the times they came from. do you remember how we behaved in the late 80's early 90's? this is when they were growing up. That crazy transition era is what shaped their personas a lot i think.

and god knows here in michigan we got enough people who will eat up the "Shock factor" hell all across the country. the kinda people that tattoo FUCK on their forehead ya know.

ICP is treading the same road as johnny cash. pandering too the downtrodden. The downtrodden are just a little different now a days ya know?

i hear ya and i actually relate to alot of the shit they've gone through and have done. remember the dirt road with the asylum the talked about in the book where the crazy shit happened? i remember those stories and driving with my sister and some friends down that road or atleast so we though. i grew up in the 80's and 90's in detroit so i know. i've met the likes of whiteboy rick and listened to esham while we sat in my buddies garage taking lungfuls from my graffix bong. but i find marilyn manson much more relevent to todays society (read his book also and thoroughly enjoyed it). i just think icp's shtick is over and just plain goofy now. they've got nothing left thats relevent anymore. just my opinion but what the fuck do know. by the way not sure why shaggy 2 dopey would choose madison heights to live if he's got that kinda scratch. i know this because his daughter is friends with the daughter of someone i know

they've definitely matured(maybe not quite enough) and so have their fans a lot. i see a major change coming from psychopathic soon. i guess not really a change but i bet J is gonna get off his wallet and sign someone major soon. not just another artist spitting J's lyrics. Im kinda excited to see what way they go. i just can't see him "retiring" any time soon or ever really. he likes being the top of a pyramid, you can tell. their music is already starting to mature ALOT but its got some ways to go. for some reason i feel like a tragedy is coming that will change psychopathic forever. death of an artist or close friend maybe idk. i just feel like the next time something big happens we will see psychopathic change.

and yes manson has kept himself much more relevant. manson is a genius. genius genius genius.

you see tech n9ne and serj tankian? epic

wutcha think of big hoodoo? its just J again but i can't figure it out yet. cold 187 was a mystery to me until i heard who his friends where....

that tosh was great. he normally eats people up. i think tosh is probably down huh? bet he's been out too cave in rock. I'm a guy with a camera that got brought into this world by some friends of mine. it really is a quirky fun loving world with some great people in it.

as for native juggalos...... plz.... one of the biggest native artist in the country is a psychopatic/native world artist

ABK should be an inspiration to us all. the man has a lisp, is native american, from the hood and he made it in the underground rap industry. out there GRINDING it out and doing damn good for himself. producing some great music and his live performance is SO on point its not even funny. he's a real artist. super nice guy too.

ABK is one of my favs he's got a lot of depth to his music that i think a lot of people who have only heard ICP would think psychopathic records was missing. twiztid is another amazing band. not every song is a hit but more then most. monoxide child is a very very crafty individual when it comes to wordplay. very very smart.

theres a lot of good music behind that mote of blood and craziness!
