An easy way to determine whether it's a bad driver or an open led is to plug a known working driver into the two clusters. Just unplug one that's working and plug the suspect clusters into it. If they light up, it's the drivers. If not, you have a diode out. I've had some experience repairing the very light you have and its almost always one of the leds burns and goes open circuit and usually in only one cluster. If you can't reflow solder a new led and resistor onto the board you can bypass the burnt led and get the rest of your leds on the cluster to light up. All of this applies if you have warranty problems and/or need to get it working asap.

how do you know which diode to replace?

I just use a small piece of insulated wire shaped like 'U' to connect + to - on each diode, one at a time while the cluster is powered. When you jumper the dead one the rest of the string will light up. You can then just solder that 'U' shaped wire in place in the dead diode and you will have a functional cluster with one dark diode.

i didnt think i was ever going to open up this light again but your solution is so simple it's worth trying! it would be amazing to get this light going 99% ... the spectrum are great to keep my plants super healthy. THANK YOU

I've used several juicers over the years, so I believe the best juicer is the one you'll use every day, regardless of brand. Every juicer has advantages and disadvantages. That being said, some are more efficient at extracting juice from hard to juice greens, and those are generally masticating (auger) style slow juicers, like ones by Omega, Hurom, or Kuvings. Some people like juicers by Breville, although I have no experience with them. My daily juicer is a Jay Kordich powergrind pro juicer, which I ordered directly from his website. I like it because it juices hard veggies well, and does greens, and has a nice silky juice texture (not too pulpy), and the biggest advantage, its got 5 parts to clean, so cleanup is a cinch.

3 WW X SB, 2 were in the same container with one of the 2 not so much under the light. she turned out not so frosty. See the 2 side by side here:

One of them did really well, especially the lower buds under the af600, the top colas arent that great (under the kessil...)

SB X WW #3&4, ... and what's left on the plant, very good yield on this one and the lower buds that were harvested already are all super frosty. I also included few more hash tips shots (3-4 buds had them) The 2 top colas were under a kessil h350... it really seems like my plants under the kessil always take longer . so far...


They all have very similar smell, nothing special... 7/10 ... bag appeal will be very good on most of the nugs like 9/10

Today i am moving a zioneaze that has been under 16 hours of light for the last week or so into the bud room. The plant look stunted but i am sure it`s been growing a decent root system and that it will take off. I am moving a Cheese that is pretty much ready on the side bench until i get a chance to chop it.

I found some ladybugs again! icbugs.ca have them, 44$ for a 1000 including shipping. More than enough for my setup. I love when my room are loaded with ladybugs coze i dont have to inspect my plants for bugs. I see the nematodes have worked pretty good but it seems like enough thrips survived and I want to play it safe.

Id like to mention (again) that I have been using nothing but water for a long time now and my garden is pretty healthy. I might give em a little molasses soon. Tonight. But yeah i have not been using cal-mag or anything ... straight water and half the time I dont even bubble the water (been really busy with work)

Been smoking a fair bit of weed lately, and i can say the latest WW X SB is not cutting it, ... its not bad weed but def. none of them were keepers. The mom WW I had to start with was nothing special...

-diverse group of organic HydroCarbons (C5H8), produced by a wide variety of plants
-terpenoids are terpenes which have been chemically modified. They are important building blocks for certain odors, hormones, vitamins, pigments, steroids, resins, essential oils, and CANNABINOIDS!
-they are naturally released from plants when temperatures are higher, helping to seed clouds which then cool the plants
-they interact with each other synergistically for a range of different smells/qualities/effects

Effects when ingested by an animal can be:
-anti-microbial, anti-carcinogen, anti-oxidant, analgesic (painkiller), anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxer, anti-depressant, psychoactive (active molecules in Wormwood/absinthe, Salvia, and Cannabis), anti-anxiety, sedative, vasoconstrictant, vasorelaxant, sensory enhancer…
-some are poisonous to varying degrees and act as natural pesticides (poison hemlock)

In Cannabis:
-over 120 different terpenes can be manufactured by Cannabis, some only in trace amounts with others in double-digit percentage
-produced in the Trichomes, the same glands where THC is produced, comprising between 10 and 20 percent of the total oils produced by the glands
-about 10-29 percent of marijuana smoke resin is composed of terpenes/terpenoids
-drug sniffing dogs are able to smell odorous terpenes, not THC
-age, maturation and time of day can affect the amount and ratios of terpenes. They are constantly being produced but are vaporized by heat and light of the day… so harvest in early morning!
-climate and weather also affect terpene and flavonoid production. The same variety, even genotype, can produce a different terpene profile when grown in different soils or with different fertilizers.
-in addition to many circulatory and muscular effects, some terpenes interact with neurological receptors
-a few bind weakly to Cannabinoid receptors
-others seem to alter the permeability of cell membranes and allow in either more or less THC
-others affect serotonin and dopamine chemistry (neurotransmitters)

Examples of some common Terpenes found in Cannabis:
-Borneol- menthol, camphor, pine, woody. Can be easily converted into menthol. Found in Cinnamon and Wormwood. It is considered a "calming sedative" in Chinese medicine. It is directed for fatigue, recovery from illness and stress.
-Caryophyllene - spicy, sweet, woody, clove, camphor, peppery. Found in black pepper(15-25%), clove(10-20%) and cotton(15-25%). It binds weakly to CB2 receptor. As a topical it is one of the constituents of clove oil, an anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment for toothache. In high amounts, it’s a calcium and potassium ion channel blocker. As a result, it impedes the pressure exerted by heart muscles. Since THC does not have a smell, drug dogs are trained to find one, very smelly molecule called Caryophyllene-epoxide!
-Cineole/Eucalyptol- spicy, camphor, refreshing, minty. Found in rosemary, eucalyptus. It is used to increase circulation, pain relief and easily crosses the blood-brain-barrier to trigger fast olfactory reaction. Eucalyptus oil is considered centering, balancing and stimulating. It is possibly the stimulating and thought provoking part of the cannabis smoke stream.
-Delta3Carene- sweet, pine, cedar, woodsy, pungent. A constituent of rosemary, pine and cedar resin. In aroma therapy, cypress oil, high in D-3-carene, is used to dry excess fluids, tears, running noses, excess menstrual flow and perspiration. It may contribute to the dry eye and mouth experienced by some marijuana users.
-Limonene- citrus (orange, tangerine, lemon, and grapefruit), rosemary, juniper, peppermint. Repulsive to predators. Found in the rinds of many fruits and flowers. With the presence of other certain terpenes, Limonene can be an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-depressant and anti- carcinogen. It can synergistically promote the absorption of other terpenes by quickly penetrating cell membranes. The result can be increased systolic blood pressure. Since Limonene is such a potent anti-fungal and anti-cancer agent, it is thought to protect against aspergillus fungi and carcinogens found in cannabis smoke streams!
-Linolool- floral (spring flowers), lily, citrus and candied spice. Possesses anti-anxiety and sedative properties (also in lavender).
-Myrcene – clove like, earthy, green-vegetative, citrus, fruity with tropical mango and minty nuances. The most prevalent terpene found in most varieties of marijuana, it is also present in high amounts in Mangos, hops, lemon grass, East Indian bay tree, verbena and Mercia. Myrcene is one of the most important chemicals used in the perfumery industry. Because of its pleasant odor, it is occasionally used directly. It’s a building block for menthol, citronella, and geraniol. It possesses antimicrobial, antiseptic, analgesic, antioxidant, anti-carcinogen, anti depressant, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxing effects. Myrcene affects the permeability of the cell membranes, allowing more THC to reach brain cells.
-Pinene- Alpha: pine needles, rosemary Beta: dill, parsley, rosemary, basil, yarrow, rose, hops, the familiar odor associated with pine trees and their resins. It is the major component in turpentine and is found in many other plant essential oils including rosemary, sage, and eucalyptus. Pinene can increase mental focus and energy, as well as act as an expectorant, bronchodilator (the smoke seems to expand in your lungs), and topical antiseptic. It easily crosses the blood-brain barrier where it inhibits activity of acetylcholinesterase, which destroys acetylcholine, an information transfer molecule, resulting in better memory. It may counteract THC's activity, which leads to low acetylcholine levels. Largely due to the presence of pinene, rosemary and sage are both considered "memory plants." Concoctions made from their leaves have been used for thousands of years in traditional medicine to retain and restore memory.
-Pulegone- mint, camphor, rosemary, candy. It is implicated in liver damage in very high dosages. It is found in tiny quantities in marijuana. Pulegone is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. That is, it stops the action of the protein that destroys acetylcholine, which is used by the brain to store memories.
-Sabinene - Found in oak trees, tea tree oil, black pepper and is a major constituent of carrot seed oil.
-Terpineol- floral, lilac, citrus, apple/orange blossoms, lime. It is a minor constituent of many plant essential oils. It is used in perfumes and soaps for fragrance. It reduces physical motility 45% in lab rat tests… Couch-lock effect?

Synthetic Cannabis alternatives:
-Marinol, synthetic THC, contains no terpenes… hence little medical value
-Sativex maintains a strict ratio of THC and CBD but also maintains a strict ratio of certain terpenes, yet the company doesn’t mention what the actual concentrations of terpenoids might be. Probably still not the same profile nor medicinal benefits as the whole cannabis plant.

Try at home!
-Inhale the herbal aromas prior to consumption. Break up the bud, releasing volatile terpenes and INHALE deeply through your nose. Wait 5 minutes and you will maximize the benefits from that bud.
-Eat a Mango 1 hour before consuming Cannabis. Mangos are high in Myrcene which increases the effects of THC. Especially if it’s a less potent strain, you should notice more of a “zing”…

I just finished downstairs tonight. I didnt move the zion eaze in the bud room yet coze the cheese needs to be under strong light a few more days.

Zion Eaze 12/12 from seed in room2 is OH MY GOD what a nice plant. Beautiful structure and nice big buds. This plant is in a smart pot in a plastic container... seems like a good in between! pics soon

I will grow a few more zion eaze 12/12 from seed, it really appears to be a nice cross (Revolution X Cheese), i bet i can find a pheno that finishes very quickly with good medicinal properties.

Note to myself (helps me keeping track of the dates)

BlueSage2 and a ZionEaze went into room2 tonight. they were both veg for about 10 days or so (since transplant) BlueSage probably won't get too big but I am mostly concern about the flowers as I have a copy that I can grow big if it seems like a keeper.

Everything is looking stellar in room2!

room1 isnt looking great, i am learning that clones need time to develop roots and although i had some tiny clones that grew big, i have come to realize that for the most part it 's much better to transplant a week or so before flipping... which is what I started to do a few weeks ago. Anyway, a couple weeks from now I will start a plant or too in room1 and it should help fill the space. The rest of the SB X WW will come down today ... this plant has been flowering for like 3 months!!



room2 is looking good, plants are all healthy, some plants that were in recycled ss mixed with compost or other mixes are not growing big buds but they are all healthy. Some in similar mixes are doing well. SpaceGrin in the corner under the kessil is growing decent buds, the ones on the right wall are more like the usual... maybe in time I will find out how to pull decent yield with this cut ... if I keep her around long enough!!

Everything seems to be going slowly since I stopped using the tent to finish my plants, It takes time to adjust... I am hoping it will increase my overall yields.

Today I am taking a few cuttings. Last time I got 100% success rate with the Respects and SBxChemos (Let's call this cut SmoB, for Suck Me Off Bitch!) So anyway, it takes anywhere between 7-12 days before I can safely remove the ziploc but I simply use partycup size containers, plain promix, saturate with water, use cloning solution on the cuttings, and then cover up with a ziploc bag. KISS keep it stupid simple. It works so well!! a little t5 on top and temps in the cloning box around 28-30degrees I am guessing...

One more keeper that I might have depending on the outcome is Shark, the outdoor one is looking great, I just recently started a few indoors.

So the plants that I am cloning tonight are Shark, Blue Sage, Agent Chemo, Zion EaZe, Cheese#1, SpaceGrin and Space Pussy.

I failed at revegging the Magical Fruit from nugbucket... and she was the last one. I think a good thing to do when u know u absolutely want to reveg a plant is to chop her on the early side ... if u wait until she is very mature I think it makes it harder to reveg ... only from my observation so far.

I have been wanting to say this for a couple weeks but better late than never. I got 100% success rate with the clones again, FINALLY i found a reliable way to clone that works for me.

I placed a ZionEaze (Revolution X Cheese#1) in budding room1... I vegged her for about 2 weeks and she is ready to take off!!

I also mixed a batch of SS today, I pretty much halved my recipe using recycled soil ... so we'll see how this batch goes. I didnt put epsom salt coze i couldnt find any in my house. I filled 2 garbage bins.

I ll chop a cheese in the next few days, she's not my keeper and the buds are pretty small but the same great smell any cheese i have grown had. Also, just like any other cheese i have grown, the trichomes are beautiful to look at with the microscope, everyone of them has a perfect shape. The plant is all faded and most fan leaves fell already, so it should smoke really smooth!

The cheese#1 is from Kaliman seed in case you wonder and i am very happy with the pack of 10. If you grow this strain make sure you have good carbon filter as it is the strongest smelling plant i have grown.

The pennywises are just about to show sex, only the male(s) will stay in the budding room and female will go to the veg cabinet
