A friend of mine was into special effects make up at one point in time, she and I go the full nine yards when it comes to zombie walks.
It's pretty fuckin rad.
As far as trick or treaters, people here are paranoid, we get maybe 10 kids coming to the door for candy.
When I was a kid, we would all have pillowcases full of candy. That and neighborhoods were full of decorated houses, parties and whatnot.

i remember when we would trick or treat.. in the dark, where i am now its over like right when it gets dark. i still like to go to haunted houses and stuff though.. hayrides are fun

I like when the 16-17 year olds with no costumes ,just a pillow case,come out running over little kids to get to the porch 1st.
Sometimes I do miss the city life.

I see this more so now then ever before.. I even see new moms and dads w.o other kids trick or treating with infants...

halloween isn't the same here. I miss the fall leaves and crisp air and of course the rain. It always seems to rain on halloween

Halloween costs me a small fortune, at least 200 kids every single year due to funeral home up the street having a haunted house.

If their mother's weren't so cute, I would never answer the door.

Lol, I've thrown a couple pics up but then my paranoia makes me delete them fairly quickly. Kinda like someone else I know.

I get creeped out by the number of downloads that the pics show but then only 4 likes out of 30 downloads. Makes me wonder....

I'm goin to see one of my favorite bands Halloween night, last time I saw them on Halloween was back in '08...gonna be a blast. They give ya 5 bucks back at the door if you're dressed up in a costume! I'm ready for fright night!!!

I'm going as UncleBuck. I bought a small rubber penis and a chicken fisting glove.

UPDATE: I bought an axe to make my costume more authentic. All I need now is a hockey helmet and some drool.
