...well, thanks  This is metaphor, as you know, so not much need to go into the rising price of tea in china.

...but, since we're here - the sun wobbles, so in the proper line of sight, it would go up or down
lol yeah definitely... i just wanted to make sure that the context was clear ;) you know... to make sure that the whole "flat earth" type stigma of archaic belief systems werent "strengthened" by the whole "sunrise" thing etc LOL... ;)

What is control? We can't even control our own minds very well and have mostly given up as a species. And there is no way for us to know the extent or even the existence of our group mind, the Quantum Mind when our chatter mind is so out of control.

The early settlers of Australia before the land bridge was covered, have very spooky stories of group mind and dream state prescience.
It's taken for granted even now. I think the world not only seems different before science, it actually was. Maybe our natural,
shamanist self control has been pushed aside in the quest for complexity.

Like the Egyptians or Mayans with there connection with the stars and galaxies... Lost knowledge...
or how about the fact they expect us to believe the Pyramids were built with a hammer and chisel, yea not buying that one, lost knowledge...

lol dude SAWS they had to have saws somewhere! there's no way they chisel'd perfect multi ton blocks like that... or it was something so simple we are just overlooking it. Where would they get the wood for wheels and pullys? is there enough in the area idk the geography of that area well.

A dedicated and pampered artisan class, gotta have that. A firm believe in the higher purpose of a good job to pass down to your sons.
You'd need loads and loads of sand and rock and food. You really should be on a river. You'd need quite a bit of water, to drink and to
also fill the leveling channels on the basement bedrock. And you better leave a little reflecting pool and little holes in the wall to sight stars.
You would not want to build sloppy. The job is too good. If you don't have a wheel to measure a cubit, you're screwed. If you didn't figure
out how to leave an interesting shadow edge in the middle of each side, then you are just building a 4 side slump worthy pile of stone.
Instead you gotta have an 8 side Pyramid that looks like a 4 sider. Gotta love this job!

I find the Parthenon much more interesting but neither are mysterious or seem to the the result of lost knowledge. No, the lost knowledge is
Knowledge of Self.

In those days Sahara was not desert. Ever hear of the cedars of Lebonon? Not saying they were used for monument building, but Mother Nile provided timber every year.

They chisled with copper tools only it seems. It's has been recreated. It works. Takes a long time and chisel sharpening is a great job if you can get it.

But, sawing rock can be done with grit glued rope, water for cooling and lub, pullies and cranks to get a fast light touch. Just no evidence I know of that it was used.

but isn't lebonon further north on the coast? wouldn't that make a difference

But also wasn't there a term "black Land" which was the land that was around the nile where they grew all of their food crops, this was the only area in ancient egypt to grow something. so where did the trees grow?

There tree species seemed to be:
ree species included:

  • persea (Mimusops laurifolia)
  • Christ's thorn tree (Ziziphus spina-Christi)
  • horseradish tree (Moringa aptera) baq in hieroglyphs
  • sycamore fig
  • date palm
  • doum palm
  • fig
  • acacia
  • tamarisk
  • mimosa
  • willow
  • lemon tree
Which none of these are any good for use with building or crafts.
