Looking at them now it does seem to be damping off, the stems are starting to shrivel on them.
I did have them hardened off by opeing the vents of the propagator for a little while each day and eventually moved them out of it altogether and they seemed to be fine for a few days.
I must have 20 seedlings lost to damping off already this year, never had the trouble before ever.

me either.. never had them damp off.... its cuntish when they go arse ways on you like that, the lost time more than anything i think, easy to do another run of clones or seeds but you can`t get the time back...


bro never showed up for his plants after all his shit about thm being smaller than he remembers, ah well looks like i now have the chance to cut them in half hahahahahaha wonder would he notice hahahaha...


the hh are pushing hars again so thats everything in there flowering now.. 3 og kush`s and 6 hh, the og are about 2 ft tall and should finish within the 3ft.. the hh are at about a foot and should finish with 3 ft aswell, in theroy that is, you lot know they can take off when you least expect it...

sure its not mold in the roots or fungus in the soil? it can have the same effect and happens with the cheaper soils..

They were germinated in rapid rooters in a propagator, I spread out a layer of perlite about a half inch deep and dampen it so no soil at all involved until I potted yesterday.
I has another look just before lights out and the stems had shrivelled to the thickness of a hair so if it's not damping off I don't know what it is, it only affected the autos but that could be a coincidence.
I've been ph'ing pure water and adding a drop of rhizotonic and that's all they've been getting.
You're right ae and if a plant is gonna die this is the probably the best time for it to happen but I seem to be in the seedling stage constantly.

should do away with the propagator and just sink them few mill in soil ,and leave them under a single low cfl or in garden and see if that helps you get over the seedling stage, might be that bit slower but at least your grow ratio will improve (unless you like kang and kill everything hahahahahaha)....(sorry kang )...

I just spread it out on the tray of the prop and dampen it down

Never had this problem when germing in paper towels and sinking in soil so I have to assume I'm doing something wrong, I'll get depressed if I count my seedling losses for the last three months bu it must be heading toward 20.

hahahaha mine got the whole house done, new kitchen... then we moved house and i`ve to start again... evry wall has to be plastered, every floor needs new carpet and wooden flooring, so i feel your pain dude..

nice camera shot, but you`ll need a jewllers loupe ao small microscope to get the trich`s colour, its extremely hard to tell from pics, theres a magnifier on the lappy it might help you inspect the pics, type in magnifier in your start box and if its on your machine it`ll pop up, really easy to use aswell...

i`d stick to the paper towels fred, its th only way i germ and never failed yet.. with exeption of bad bag seeds or dud regs...

i know the hydro lads wash perlite out first as its a diffrent ph etc..
That's a mad amount of seeds to lose mate, do you use a heat mat or anything..?
Cant figure it out man..

I never thought of washing the perlite, the prop is a basic one and has a built in 8w heater under the base.

You'll get a good loupe on ebay for 2 quid or if you buy from someone in Ireland or UK you'll pay 7-8 for the same loupe.
My experience of women is that they will never be happy eith the house no matter what, us guys don't worry about paint or curtains etc but they take all that quite seriously,tis in the breeding

chargers seem to go on these vaios all the time, spurious ones are 70notes a pop, and they last pissing time before they break, a slight fall can split them in half..

kang sorted me out with one so haven`t a clue where you`d buy them , the lads surely know tho..


should see the list of stuff i`ve to get through for the summer hahahahaha next summer by me reckoning cause its walls built, plastered, flooring, kitchen, painting etc etc etc ... and work is drying up quickly, can`t be arsed with cars anymore cause nobody wants to pay, i mean a timeing belt service could take a day on these newer cars and even parts aside they still won`t want to pay you, and the coded welding is on the back burner as i`d have to travel away from home ,and they drug test you when your under contract in most of the places we`d be working..

had a near miss last time we were joining pipes up north.. left site a day before the boss and they were all piss tested, hahahaha lost two good fellas to it, there still on other jobs but can`t go into ship yards again...

The drug testing is a joke and probably all because of the insurance companies, handy way for bosses to demote a guy and drop his wages.

our boss don`t give a shit thank god, he`d have a toke here and there himself, and was one for the yolk`s back in the day, he runs his dads firm and it was his dad i worked for, thankfully after school i got a job with him running erronds for rods and cleaning up, he tought me how to code and got me into the fas for testing, and i work with them on occasion, pipe welding is something a love to do, and i seem to be better when i`m high, the mask goes dark and you could spend hours welding away... if you didn`t have to keep ptting wire in the welder hahahahaha.... but thats a great excuse to get another spliff into you.. and the gases explain the red eyes hahahahaha...

dry docks and ship yards are savage places to work, but for all the health and saftey shit you have to go though, the drug testing is bollix, as you said, just another way for them to stiff you... half the fella are pissed knocking about, either from the night before or the sup of whiskey in there flasks hahahaha....

(ship yard) threw in two of there welders, lasted a day cause were under contract we don`t have there hours and they wouldn`t work ours (early till late)... that and there skills with a welder were lets just say messy... think one of them had a failed bomb aswell, thats never happened before to our crew...

I know a guy whose going out foreign for 6 weeks here 3 weeks there etc doing welding, I can't remember what he called it but he uses a computer to do it and does work for the likes of coca cola etc, he is making savage money a couple of K a week easy.
