I was in the military for 12 years and have shot almost every weapon there is to include automatic tripod 50 cal, M16, M4, SAW, M60, 302 automatic grenade launcher, LAW Rocket, etc. I really wanted to use a Javelin but the missiles for them are very expensive so they are only used when they are the only thing to get the job done like blowing up a tank or armored vehicle.

My MFLB is second hand. Not sure about warranty situation. If I use a hi-cap battery I get a bit of heat but thats it, no vapeing. I was just hopeing it could be an easy fix. The dabuddha is pretty cool. Very clean smoke but not much flavour.
I will be going with a smaller intake than out. I might just try with extractor only to start.
I guess my question is this....I have a single source of outside air intake/vent via the rooms 4" hole in the wall. I was planning on using this as my air in and venting the waste heat straight back into the room. Would I be better of reversing this...ie. venting to outside via hole and have air in via room temp?

Second hand dont matter. If its heating it should be vaping. They have a steep learning curve. are u sure your bat is good and fully charged. Bats need to be very good and youl need more than one.
Yea fresh air in unless its cold out.

Seriously jelly... i am not a gun nut and rather the irish system rather than the US....but I have spent so much of my nerd time looking at gun stats that I would just love to try them in the real world. It dont help that I am left eyed and right handed....but I would love to give some of the more famous handguns a go.
Its a bit like reading up on growing techniques and then not using them. Like I said before, I am looking forward to this grow more than most because I have the full range of kit. I dont think it gonna make me a better grower....just maybe a more understanding one. For a start, on gaming I tend to choose the role of a sniper, but I know I dont have the build or temperament for it. I was good mates for a time with ex-russian and french snipers, and they are just a breed onto themselves.
The amnesia haze, 2x critical jacks and 1x bagseed have cracked and are in the propagator. That just leaves one bag seed and the maple indica. I was saving the maple for a86's return but I dont think that gonna happen.

Its not heating and thats the prob. One a good battery I see a tiny spark of heat way back in the box, but thats it. Other than that ...no joy...which is a shame cause its a cool looking, simple bit of kit. I just dont want to strip it if there is a chance I can get it fixed officially for a reasonable fee.
Thanks...am thinking fresh air in is the way to go. Its just thats its a small room so ambient temp tends to rock up esp as I have a server and a main pc running in here too. I have a theory that it wont be too bad at the start, as I will be progressing from a cfl to 400w mh. Its just that if I want to max out the 600w hps that I think it could be an issue.
At the end of the day, plan b is to cut a hole in the attic and vent through another hole in the attic space for the bathroom/clothe's dryer. The downside is having to replaster and paint when I am done. Plus the unwanted attention that a hole in the ceilling will bring in a rented house. There are allways options, I guess I just looking for an easy run.
This is my first time with digital ballasts too. Anything I should look out for?

Hi all. So the maple indica popped and is in the prop. it's a relief since its the one I am most looking forward to That just leaves one bagseed but I will prob start another. This is the most plants (x6) that I have started since I began growing and am sooo looking forward to it.

Just finishing season3 of Suits. What a cool show.

Sup all. Whats the plan for the weekend? The latest update for herb.iq is out so gonna spend a bit of time on that. The soil is nearly cooked so will be potting it and leaving to sit for about a week. Planning on using 11l pots this grow but will be using 2 x 16l as well on a long grow. Fired up my 150w cfl for the first time and its a thing of beauty. The second bagseed didnt pop so added a third. Normally I would be arsed but even though it came from a cheap quarter of really badly cured bud, the high was mental so I am eager to grow it out and see what happens.
Netflix is reported as cracking down on vpn/proxy's, has anyone noticed a difference?

Hi @Dave. I have iso and can give it a go. Its an incredible clean unit with no obvious staining. If I place a new duracell with the casing stripped into it I can see a tiny glow deep in the box but thats it. No heat, no vape. I have tried good quality rechargeable batteries and straight duracells. Its such a simple design I cant work out whats wrong. I have lodged a ticket with mf and have got an auto email response.
Is there some trick to cleaning it with iso? Like I said, its very clean with no obvious holes in the mesh.

Cool. There was just a bit of a murmer about Netflix clamping down on vpn,s bypassing regional setting's eg. seeing american netflex show's in Ireland. I havent seen it myself.....prob just one of those phantom stories.
On a plus note...Z nation is coming to Netflix Instant on friday. I am a big fan after a slow start.
