Since I moved the light, the temp has gone up to 34. Is that not too hot? I'll be investing in that fan tomorrow. Fresh air is not a problem, I keep a window open and regularily check on my baby so opening the wardrobe door allows for plenty of air to circulate.

I planted all my seeds in loose multipurpose compost just a few mm deep once they had cracked, although one wasn't far out of the seed when she was planted. Most likely I planted her too soon. The second had grown a bit above the soil before she died, so no idea what happened there....

Cheers for the advice and I look forward to seeing pics of the new seeds as they grow! And I'm jealous about the skunk :) Enjoy!!

thanks angelic i will enjoy!, when you use the paper towel method your always best to let the root grow about a quarter inch and then put it into a small pot of seedling soil, john innes do it. its a lot looser than compost and the seedlings delicate roots seem to do much better in it, also good for cuttings. i normally put seedlings into a small cup sized pot and then move into a 15 l pot, some of the guys though put straight into 15l pots but its just the way i do it. the guys on this thread are very helpful and helped me no end. im sure they will do the same for you aswell, so if theres anything you need to know just ask and someone here will answer.
move the light away just for tonight until you get the fan tommorow, you dont want to cook the delicate leaves. you want the temp to e aout 25 if you can get it there you will be ok, we normally have problems here with the night time temps but at the minute its the other way around, my temps the other night were 80f, dont know why but we all quote temp in Fahrenheit.
im gona put a pic up later peeps of one of the other magus plants, 2 foot tall and the cola is probaly bigger than the skunks was, it looks mad like a little stocky bouncer.

well i took my camera to the grow room and took a few snaps, most of them are cloudy now and ready for the chop, the new stuff is coming along nice, they are about3-4 weeks in flower now. skunk that i topped is getting a bit too big, even when you top them they still get very tall. just spotted a little nana growth on the berry aswell, thank god it happened when its finished! the little stocky one is mad fat but very leafy, lot of bud underneath though and it smells lovely.

ill get a close up harrekin of the trichs, they are all cloudy!, 10% of them are amber. totally agree with you though to look at its looks like it has a while to go but close up its a different story. the lower buds are nothing but tiny buds but covered in crystal. ill give it another few days and see what happens though.
happy easter easter and everyone else.

looks like you got a nice haul out of that jingle, should be some nice smoke there for you, well done! funny you should ask that jingle, i just picked up a cheap scales for a fiver, ill let you know when i chop it. i got 3 and a half ounces from the motavation and a berry(dry). dont know what ill get of the skunk 11, at the minute it weighs a lot.
i got my first hermie, one of the fem berry seeds went tits up, its nearly finished though and i can seperate so all should be ok.
harrekin ramo is still in the tent and seems to be still growing, i should be ok as long as not too many trichs turn amber, right?
cant wait to get started on the arneys sweet tooth, some good reviews on it. did any of you guys go in for the cheap seeds?

Dude, even if they do turn amber, do you not want it to swell up and be the most ridiculous bud Iv ever seen grown in this country, lol. Even if its a major couchlock buzz off it, just keep it for when your feeling like that. It just doesnt look ripe, regardless of what the trics say, I dont like pulling mine before the hairs are recessed and the individual calyxs swollen like corn on the cob.

EDIT: Will post up pics of the 5 AK48 seedlings later, 3 days above ground and decently sized too. Waiting on my Airpots to arrive and Ill be going to get the Hesi Starter Pack (€50 for enough for a grow or two worth of their full range http://www.nirvanagrow.com/nutrients/hesi/starter-pack-soil.html ALL boosters included) and some more Biobizz soil during the week, they're in small standard pots in Biobizz All-Mix from last time for now.

your right harrekin, ill just let it keep going, it`ll be good stuff for the sleepless nights!, thats a great deal on the hesi nutes pack, at tleast we can get it over here now. i wonder if there is anyway you could buy that pack in town from there shop, dont see why they could not get some in if you paid up front. the hesi stuff does look good though and that pack has a lot in it for €50.
looking forward to the ak48, are you doing a journal? i think ill get off my lazy ass and do one for the sweet tooth. im on here enough!

I might just continue the other journal with the new plants? You can just walk into the shop and buy that box afaik, thats what I plan on doing during the week. Has all 13 elements (chelated) plants need plus vitamins and all that shite, pH perfect and only organic nitrogen in the standard ferts plus you get all the other stuff they do in the box too. I hope it turns out to be as good as it seems to be.

harrekin have you ever tried to raise your tent, just been up to do the nightly changeover and the topped skunk is over 4 foot, but one of the tops is at least 4 inch above the others, its hitting the ceiling of the tent and id say its gonna get another foot taller. i was a bit mashed when i put it together but i think there was a plate in the bottom isnt there? is it even possible to raise, its always in use so i cant really inspect it, 4 plants in 4 plants out routine!
any of yous watching game of thrones that blonde bird is gorgeous, id share my bud with her anyday!

Never tried it but I suppose a few pallets or something would do the job. Iv a low ceiling space, so its not an option for me.

I was in that shop yesterday. They are not the most helpful people. I was asking one of the guys a few things and he pissed off to talk to the other guy working there to talk about one of the tents they have there.

Needless to say they wont be getting my money now.

What establishment did you go into? If its a new place then thats the problem, probably new staff, and probably just non-grower stoners. The South William Street store is the nuts, theres two blokes that work there know their stuff for sure. I assume the South William Street store will be rebranded now actually? Probably trying to distance themselves from the headshop side of things.
