Just had to chop my small power flower there earler, serious mold session goin on. My heads fuckin wrecked now. Im nearly shure the party had moved onto the skunk aswell, so tempted to chop it right now
Im suprised the powerflower got so moldy its supposed to be an "outdoor strain". Wont be buying them beans again...
Im just after seeing the last post now, giggling like a school girl to a case of manic depression. lol

I'm sorry to hear that Rich. 
I have used 1/3 hydrogen peroxide with some success. I apply it with a Q-tip, instead of spraying, so it's important to catch it early. There is no way of knowing how much spore has landed on ur plant or where, so it's a chasing game.

I'm sorry to hear that Rich.
The small one had it real bad man, i choped the whole main cola and a few other branches that had mold on them. Lost a good bit of bud to the scissors.
Im nearly shure its kickin off on the skunk, its kinda whispy like a fine web, it hasnt started rotting the bud yet i dont think.
Do ya think i should just chop the lot? Just to be on the safe side ya know.
Dam the mold to hell i say!

I've seen mold take a plant in a week.... If you are close to harvest, it's a tough call. I always try and measure how much bud I'm losing as opposed to how long to finish.
You have to watch it like a hawk. If ur growing in a container.... and can bring them in at night... do it. Ur house should have a much lower humidity. That does help.... but once it starts.... Qtip it with either 1prt hydrogen p. to 3 parts water, or straight iso alchohol, carefully and specifically.

Thats what i was thinkin, the shit does move realy fast, the oper flower was fucked before i even realised what was goin on. After i seenthe state of that i checked the skunk like crazy , in behind all the buds in the colas and i did spot a few whisps here and there.
Im just going to check it over with a fine tooth comb for the next few days, id say i could give it another 2 week the hairs are only ging abber the last few days.
Man this is so depressing lol Now i know how you feel

almost always.... if the first time you notice it is on the outside of the bud.... you are gonna CRY like a baby if you peek inwards towards the main stem. Mold usually starts on the inside trapped moisture near the stem.....it's a real bummer.

you cant see it from the outside, only when you pull one of the nugs out then you can see it starting to grow in beside the stem. Its only a little a this stage but im wondering how fast this shit moves. Fuck it im just going to chop it down tomorow. Better safe that sorry.
I have a good few nugs drying out at the moment and it hasnt hit the skunk that hard yet, none of the buds are rotting yet so i might jsut chop it while i have the upper hand ya know.

hope you can save it lad that shit spreads fast better of choppin and cuttin out the mould and take what u have, cause it will just keep spreading but you did well lad.

right these were the two "pay dirt" soil samples, mex sativa in the greenhouse, on the same amount of neuts as the mex in the flowerbed- spot the difference!
one word really; fail. looks like il get 3times as much off the flower bed one than the tests combined.-
now for the mould-
the mouldy buds have been isolated from the unaffected ones and will be drying elsewhere.
