The King Grows

I don't think I will hold my breath for these things being done when the breeders say they should be done. Some plants have lots of mature pistils but others are just starting to turn. The trichomes are pretty much clear on all the plants and the cylaxes are just starting to appear but need to swell up. I am thinking three to five more weeks. For the buds to be truly ripe. 9-10 weeks my ass, more like 11-13 weeks. Lol

How's the pup doing?
The pup is great. He is a pretty cuddly and seems like a good fit for the family.

The breeder has been texting too to see how things are going which I like. It shows they care about all their dogs. I didn't research the breeder. I just went there and they had 7 pups to choose from and one was a fair bit bigger than the rest in the same litter so I chose him. I should have looked around at different breeders but I didn't. Victor appears happy and healthy, so fingers crossed he is around for a long time to come.

He makes dealing with the loss of Winston a little easier to deal with too. The loss of him has been hard on the whole family.

Day 57 Flowering

Every thing is going well. The buds are getting really chunky, stinky and covered in trichomes. They are starting to look almost complete, they just need to finish the last little bit of the ripening process to be ready for harvest. About 3-4 more weeks on some plants, maybe longer on others..... we'll see I guess.

Well the $280 watering system works 1000% better than the $400 Autopot system. The new system equally shared 1L/min amongst my plants.

I setup my Trolmaster system to run it for 8 minutes 4 times a day, giving each plant 1L per feeding and a total amount of 4L/day each day.

So happy to finally have watering chores automated. Pretty sure the wife will be happy with the upgrade.

I was leaning towards the gro tek then they stopped selling it.

Ended up trying the autopot I had been sitting on. It is doing alright so far but have had some anxiety over it after all the bad reviews.

Biggest issue for me is the run-off because of growing in multiple tents, it limits the ease of setup for a drain.

Probably need to bite the bullet and actually build out a proper grow area like you and others have.

By the way, love your bulldog. Mine passed this year from a heart attack. He was only 8.

Few weeks later my 14 year old lab had to be put down. He was totally unable to get up and move. I had been carrying him in and out everyday to potty multiple times a day, put diapers on him over night, it was very sad and went on for a few weeks like that until he started to act like he was in pain.

Now it's just me, Clyde the dog, and whiskers the cat.

I had absolutely no luck with the Autopot I bought. If I was going to be home after I installed it, I probably could have gotten it running better but I needed something reliable asap. My poor wife watering everyday while I was gone was the next best option.

The new system is super reliable and simple. Also because it's being run off of my Trolmaster system, I can adjust watering frequency and length from my phone when I am at work.

As for the drain, I grow in a 4x8 flood table. It collects my runoff and I hit it with the shop vac once a day. Not very high tech.

It's amazing how much we love them and miss them when they pass away. Having the pup around definitely takes some of the edge off.
