About 3 weeks ago i gave the plant formula flora grow nutes at 1/2 strenght.a week latter the yellowing started.i flushed the plant and have given them nothin but water with epson salt.im thinking maybe the soil is to rich with nutes and its burning my plants.
This is all your problems in a nutshell dude. Soil was strong, kellogs is a good recomended potting soil although i think you have the outdoor version by the looks of it and you didnt amend it with perlite either so first thing id change for the next grow, perlite for better drainage.
Now the bigger plants you have would have fared well in the soil had you not added those nutes but the small seedling or plant should really be in seedling soil, also again amended with perlite, for the reason that seedling soil contains lower nutes for the lower requirements of seedlings, is easy to buy and use.
Now you said the yellowing started after the nutes which seems obvious that you overferted the plant with the strong good soil and a flush just messed them up even worse. Was it a big flush cause if it was you probably took a lot of the nutes out of the soil without putting them back to the correct levels per size of plant.
One last thing id change for the next grow would also be to use smaller pots and pot up to bigger pots, in those big pots its hard to get the watering right plus has a lot of nutes to use up before needing more.
Practise healing this plant whilst starting the new batch.
Bottled water is not necessarialy bad for plants and some times is the best water available over tap water although price can become an issue. Most bottled water prints ingredients on the back as well as pH and dry residue at 180degrees celcius so if in doubt check the lable, tap water of 100 to 200ppm is usually perfect for plants and even better if it has the right cal/mag ratios as well. High pressure chlorine gas evaporates from water where as chloramides dont, depends what your municipal water supplier uses. People worry about chlorine but rarely are the levels enough to cause problems with plants although some do report unchlorinated water gives better plant growth it is easily seen that most chlorinated water has no visual negative effect on growth, maybe a concern in hydro or aero.
I would discontinue the epsom salts and just add once every few waterings if you suspect low magnesium levels. Peace and good luck.
