Loved those rockets! My best friend and I were the ONLY girls who were in the rocketry club in elementary school. The instructor used to play The Beatles, Abbey Road album all day. I can't hear that album now without thinking of that glue smell, and blowing shit up into the sky on the school playground.
Damn those were fun! I liked the ones with the landing gear, always tried to get them to land right. I hated when we would have to settle for the non powered ones that you just threw.
