i'm getting nothing out of any of this.
people don't continue an action unless they get some sort of satisfaction from it.

we all know that's not how it really works, it's say one thing do anotherYou don't have to. The burden of proof is on law enforcement to prove you didn't buy it legally. You know, innocent until proven guilty.
That's why i don't argue with the stumps on here anymore, your better off having a discussion with a wall. They don't even except plain fact *rolls eyes* they just twist words to smear anyone they don't agree with.that's why i have said, 3 times now, "i'm done".
my satisfaction will be to watch you continue to rant.![]()

There really isn't ANY good reason to vote against it....only bad ones and lame pretexts. I still don't get it. Maybe that's why this conversation drags on and on: some of us find it exceedingly strange that potheads should be advocating against a legalization measure on a pot themed website.
Actually it makes perfect sense. Growers/dealers who operate outside the system will say anything to support prohibition because they are the people who stand to lose the most. Due to them repeating misinformation over and over again other people have started to believe their bs.
Dan Kone has highly vested interest in passing 19. He has exploited his medical status as a patient to exploit the system and grow more than he needs so he could raise enough money to set himself up as a corporation.
https://www.rollitup.org/california-patients/363474-how-get-growers-card.html Here, Dan Kone recalls how he paid his lawyer $900 for "advice" on how to set up his fraudulent collective, and he has the nerve to say that people have been exploiting 215 and thats why they are against 19. Nice work, hypocrite.
No one in favor of this bill has actually used the bill to support their claims. They have only addressed parts of the bill that I have already addressed. They refuse to acknowledge major issues. I've come up with supporting evidence to my claims and they have come back with rhetoric. I care not to continue this debate with someone, that by their own admission elsewhere on this forum, has a deep and INvested interest in the passage of 19.
I hope that people will, with scrutiny, examine the sources telling them how awesome 19 really is, and make their own informed decisions.

Legalize it? maybe we should all vote "know"?
"Apparently, to be pro-legalization and pro-initiative are two different things entirely."
"is it legalization, or “thinly-veiled prohibition"

This is also a good site.

And if you do buy from a licensed dispensary, better keep your receipts, because the burden of proof will be on you. Not only is this inconvenient, but it sets the industry up to be monopolized.
someone in cali, doesn't have a med card
I'd like to hear from someone in cali, doesn't have a med card and is against this. Anyone out there...?
Because you guys are right, if you have a card, there really isn't much to be gained for you by this in terms of legality (although prices would inevitably go down).
