I can understand your white man's tears when white male elite status is criticized. You might have made sense if Roger's comment centered on how white men are truly the worst terrorism threat to the US. Or how white men are responsible for most rapes. This causes white man's tears because we all know that white men are not used to being lumped into a group and they haven't developed coping skills to deal with unfair stereotypes as women, black and brown people have had to do. So, agree that white men are emotionally fragile. But that wasn't the topic you so strangely injected racism into.
