Polls might not impress some, but they are data and most people who want to be rid of Trump and the GOP will vote strategically and support those who they believe can win in 2020. Biden has the largest margin thus far and probably the longest down ballot coat tails too, the democrats need a mandate and the country needs to repudiate Trump and Trumpism. America faces an existential threat with Trump and now even the with GOP, if the democrats win you might not get exactly what you want, but at least you'll have your country and future back. Joe ain't about to bring back Jim Crow and minorities will have a big say in what the democrats do moving forward. If the democrats win you'll have responsible government by consensus, not by decree & tweet as it is now.

I'm just an outside observer and try not to comment too much on the primaries, I'm here for the big show. I imagine you'll hold your nose and vote for whoever the democratic nominee is who opposes Trump, I would! The primaries will decide this issue not me and it's early days in that process, I should think Joe's poll numbers will be reflected in his delegate count at the convention and that is where this will end up being decided. I'm not a Biden fan either, some voters want a return to normalcy or some semblance of it and others want change, if Joe is the guy he will need a good running mate and heir apparent, someone who can represent that change. This ain't the democratic party of the 90's or even of a few years ago, Trump changed that, have a look at the sex and ethnic mix of the democratic house caucus today, it reflects the face of America.

Well until that time . Fuck Biden he is not right for my interest at all. He is not the only candidate that can beat Trump.

Maybe some good will come out of Donald afterall, he has accelerated change and untied the majority of the country against himself and the GOP. If they acquit the fucker in the senate trial he will lead them screaming on fire over the cliff and into the abyss during the election. Getting rid of the republicans for a spell will go a long way towards fixing what ails America, and I figure Donald is leading the herd of elephants to extinction.

One useful way of looking at the question is: What democratic candidate does Putin least want as POTUS? Then vote for them, Putin's people will have studied the field carefully, it seems he don't like old Joe very much... Whoever Putin and Donald fear the most would be useful to know.

Biden is in mental decline, sad but true. The profiteering of his son can not be overlooked given the decision to impeach Trump. He is also very white and very old, not in line with current democrat prerequisites for youth and diversity. I expect Buttigieg to over take him as DNC shifts support to the better center left candidate. Brokered convention?
