Lose vs Loose
A lot of people are mixing up lose and loose. In particular, a lot of people are writing loose when they really mean lose. Here are the definitions of the two words from my Penguin dictionary:

Examples:
This knot is too loose. Please do not lose my book. I had better not lose that file. One way to remember the difference between the two words is to think that "lose has lost an 'o'".
The smartest guy on the forum? One day you might figure out the difference between those words, obviously bringing it to your attention multiple times does nothing to help you improve your vocabulary.

you know, I have to agree with you on this. I mean, its not that fucking hard.. to figure out how to get the ball rolling on fixing our own countries issues. It's really not!!! But, you have to consider the idiotic morons that are running this country. It's not hard to fix our current issues.. but, its almost like the government DOESNT WANT to fix them.. you know? I mean for fucks sake people.. snap OUT OF IT!
We've accomplished our mission over in Afghanistan. Our mission after 9/11, was to track down Osama and kill/capture him. We've done that now.. so IMO, the mission is fucking over.. and we need to bring our own people/troops back to their home country, the U.S.A.; We need to stop fucking worrying about "building a nation" in Afghanistan! Let those rag head fucks deal with it!! Our mission was successfully completed... mission over, come home.
We're spending over 10 million dollars.. PER FUCKING DAY.. on this "war" with the terror groups in Afghanistan. Lets see here, and how long have we been over there fighting?!?! Yeah, ten fucking years now! You do the math.... and then come talk to me about why this country can't pay its own fucking bills!
It's time to bring home our troops... let those fucks over there deal with "building their nation".. so that we can get the ball rolling on fixing our own issues.. in our own country!!! Period, end of discussion!
Now how hard is that to understand? Apparently incredibly hard for our government. It just angers me.. the ignorance, and just plan stupidity, that our government officials carry. It's not fucking rocket science.. not even close.
But, what can ya do eh? Obama doesn't fucking care.. I'm afraid that man bit off a bit more than he could chew, when he ran for President.
I mean, what happened to the peoples/citizens voice?!?! Do we not have any say in how this country is run anymore?!? It's almost like the government, turns a deaf ear to its own people.. they don't care what we have to say.. they don't care about our opinions.. and that's a fact!
I don't even want to continue rambling about this issue because it angers me soooo fucking much.. that our own government, can't even figure out how to fix this countries current problems/issues.
If the government doesn't get their heads out of their ass's before too long.. this country is going to dig itself so far into the black hole that its already in, to where we won't be able to get out of it.

CNN is the mouthpiece of Washington. And be they Republican, Democrat or other, they're all in on the game. Shit man, if I was a civil servant I'd probably be just the same, keeping my job, my pension and complaining about the common man's obsession with wanting to keep his social security, it effects mine. It's basically all a big greed fest. Tea party, wigwam, call it what you will, the name's have changed but there is no real change.
